It is great having many profiles to look at. However, the search filters do not always stay when looking at specific profiles. Also, there are care takers that come up in the search but their profile says they are unavailable. This is frustrating when searching!

I'm not impressed that I committed for a year, which says cancel anytime and then it is nonrefundable. Plus there were all these little add-ons you wanted to tack on which should be included within the subscription price!

After you pay $38 a month, you will find most care provider are still listed, because it's almost impossible to cancel your membership, less then honest big company, waste of money! BEWARE of care.com

It tells you so much a month and then charges you for a year. It acts like you might get something but keeps circling back around to payment options. Just be straight up and honest. It would have made it easier.

When i click on a caregiver's profile, i expect to see their profil/details page, but your idiotic popup doesn't have a dismiss/close button. Your "Got it!" button doesn't work. You're such clowns to mess this basic thing up. Any $#*!ing adults working at care.com?

Useless website

This is a faceless organization. There is no customer service. There are many restrictions for communication making it impossible to post a detailed job description, which leads to endless messaging with caregivers to provide the same information. It's not possible to post an application. It is not possible to provide contact information. Communication is limited to proprietary tools with numerous bugs, preventing messaging. The website is not disability friendly as it precludes use of voice recognition technology in certain areas. It also discriminates against people based on age. Caregivers are not able to search for individuals who are not children or seniors. This is surprisingly out of date thinking in a world that has become more diverse, inclusive, and equitable. I would encourage you to opt out of using care.com until they are able to make accessible, usable tools for everyone. This is not an optional, but legal requirement for them as a business in the United States, and hopefully we will gain sufficient momentum to get them to change their practices.

Super buggy...
