I click on the link for FAQs for Families in the app and it just says Safety Center in the top left. I also am just looking for something that states, find caregiver, get background check, hire sitter, sitting happens, parents pay sitter thru care.com or something like that. Good concept but very expensive. Extra charges for everything. Used to be a lot more background checked and verified sitters and now lots of incomplete profiles. Definitely not the same sight it was a few years ago. Very disappointing.

Payment totals were unclear before credit card information was asked for. I'm willing to go with what I paid for, but that's a little sketchy by design. A final button to accept payments when the grand total is given would be appreciated, and a better business practice.

We are a paid subscription service and not a free service. I'm sorry if you thought otherwise and therefore felt mislead. That was never our intention. Many sites like ours charge a fee in order to be able to offer you the features our site offers. Otherwise we'd just be like any other free classified site with very little to offer.
