Your lack of instruction about how to use the site are pretty absent. It takes too long to try to understand what the heck you want, Except, of course, that you want money for what ever it is you do.

Care.com does not explain up front how they operate. You cannot contact any caregivers until you join and it is unclear as to whether I need to run my own background check.

I created an account and logged in, but something went wrong and I was never able to log in again. I tried to reach out to customer support multiple times. Via email correspondence they basically explained that I did something wrong, and now will never reset my password. I had to create another account, and purchase another membership. I hope you enjoy being paid twice. I will make sure and mention the nearly non-existent customer service to anyone who asks about my experience.
