Thank you for your feedback. We are a paid subscription service and not a free service. I'm sorry if you thought otherwise and therefore felt mislead. That was never our intention. Many sites like ours charge a fee in order to be able to offer you the features our site offers. Otherwise we'd just be like any other free classified site with very little to offer.

Genesis was terrific!

Genesis was terrific! He was one of the best teachers I have had in my life, and I taught math and engineering for over 19 years. He taught me so many things about how to use Care.com to maximize the many benefits that you offer. My understanding grew by leaps and bounds the longer we spoke. Please promote him soon to top managerial position. He really knows how to relate to people. He is very clear and patient. Who can beat that?

I did end up finding a babysitter but was needing more care. The babysitter I hired was good no complaints there... BUT... I paid for a month subscription, the site all of a sudden told me I had to upgrade again 2 1/2 weeks after. I could not message or even see any messages from the care givers unless I paid again. I reached out to care team by email same day and sent about 5 emails in the next days/weeks. I finally reached out after no response via Facebook. Someone responded same day and told me they can't refund or credit anything I have to pay again to get access... and they couldn't do anything? SCAM.

Isn't it funny that almost every bad review on here is about the auto renewal. This is such a bad feature to have on any company website. It is very misleading and it is also such a struggle to find where you can actually cancel the automatic renewal service. How about actually giving the customer a heads up right before the credit card is going to be automatically charged? Of course not. That's the scam. I've been using care.com off and on for many years and I've paid my dues and the one time I mistakenly did not cancel in time they absolutely refused to give me a refund. Times are very hard right now with inflation in every single area and they wouldn't budge. I absolutely refuse to use the service any longer.
