This website nickel and dimes users for everything we want to do on the website and it is not user friendly at all. It's hard to go back and I can't send a request without putting in my credit card information This is ridiculous. I will not be paying for another month of this service. Thank you for your time.

Many sites like ours charge a fee in order to be able to offer you the features our site offers. Otherwise we'd just be like any other free classified site with very little to offer.

A total scam

There customer service is non existent. The took my money and then closed my account without warning. I have written to them three times and still heard nothing back after a week. Nannylane and sittercity are both superior services. Don't waste your time with this site or app.
