Using your service is very confusing and misleading. I indicated that I was only browsing but had to fill out a job description to do that; then I started to receive responses from applicants; then I could not view their apps until I signed up for a premium service. Not until I purchased the premium service was there a note that basic service allowed review of apps and a "no" response to applicants. I would like to have told applicants that I cannot interview for service for about 3-4 weeks. If I weren't desperate to find a couple of kinds of service, I would not continue with your website.

Many sites like ours charge a fee in order to be able to offer you the features our site offers. Otherwise we'd just be like any other free classified site with very little to offer. I was not happy that when I first created my account and found a lot of care givers that might work, that I needed to subscribe... It forced me to subscribe if I wanted to find out anymore about these caregivers. Then when I did subscribe, I had been sent a 20% discount code which I did supply when I gave my credit card. I didn't receive the discount.
