It took me five tries to sign up for premium with a number of error messages, very frustrating, and then I feel like you are hustling me with all of the add ons you try to tack on at the end.

When trying to purchase an upgrade my cards were continually denied. I was told I had to use my Iphone or google chrome on a desk top. This was very inconvenient because I was trying to using my tablet.

I have been trying to get a home health aide who does housekeeping but every time I pick a person it just brings me to the point where I have to choose the pricing but nothing ever gets me the woman. Help! I'm not so up on phones and computers that I actually know what I'm doing! No telephone to call that I'm aware of.
