Hello Sheila, We are a paid subscription service and not a free service. I'm sorry if you thought otherwise and therefore felt mislead. That was never our intention. Many sites like ours charge a fee in order to be able to offer you the features our site offers. Otherwise we'd just be like any other free classified site with very little to offer.

I feel i was forced to upgrade to premium, because when I clicked on message to a caregiver, it only went to the upgrade screen and I couldn't proceed without upgrading.:-(
