It's basically impossible to see what people even have to say before upgrading even though the "advertisement" says upgrade to reply. I get that upgrading is important but it leaves a bad taste that it is so pushed right off the bat.

I got several errors when trying to update my job posting. The automatic grammar in the text box is kind of frustrating. I was trying to say my kids are 3.5 years old but it kept putting a space after the period. I honestly don't like that its helping people sound more educated. I'd rather see exactly what someone writes.

First, its advertised as having a free trial, but the free access doesn't actually allow you to communicate with anyone or do anything, so is therefore useless. Then when I decided to buy a month membership, I was upsold multiple times. Overall a bad experience.

Terrible interface

Terrible interface. Was hoping this would be easier to navigate like Rover. Checked one sitter to make sure they had availability all three days that we needed and booked the first date and now they don't have availability on the third day so we have to use two different sitters for the coverage.
