We are a paid subscription service and not a free service. I'm sorry if you thought otherwise and therefore felt mislead. That was never our intention. Many sites like ours charge a fee in order to be able to offer you the features our site offers. Otherwise we'd just be like any other free classified site with very little to offer.

It looks like there are two versions of the website - one where you can filter for caregivers days/times and one where you can't. This seems like an important feature. Additionally, I wish people we've reached out to could say why they aren't interested rather than just select that they aren't so we could communicate with them or modify our listing.

Why would a potential apply who does not meet the requirement ie this is a night job and caregiver is only available daytime -- so the fault I have is that there should be default to avoid non conformance with requirement

So far so good, I don't love all of the add on fees right when you start, maybe bundle to start and ask them if they want to keep them for a fee, upselling before hiring anyone seems untrustworthy

Smooth site so far, a little pushy on the upsells and time consuming to have to click through each one, maybe showing (a link to?) all the prices earlier in the account creation would be good, by the 4th page of "do you want to buy this" I was ready to give up. Good stuff overall though!
