I feel as though Care.com subscription is misleading. You pay for the monthly fee and then it gives you options for more security for your family. Is the company not provide security for the start? I find this website/service a fraud and I feel as though I wasted my time using this service.

Horrible checkout experience

Horrible checkout experience. I entered my zip code incorrectly, and after correcting it multiple times on the last page the Upgrade Now button did not work. When I went back to enter my payment info again, the coupon code was lost. The upsells are also very annoying when they appeared after I finally had success completing my purchase. I'm starting to feel like care.com only cares to sell additional services like Bank of America does.
