Your site allows you to sign up for free but gives you nothing. I also had a 20% off promo code but was forced to take a 15%.

We are a paid subscription service and not a free service. I'm sorry if you thought otherwise and therefore felt mislead. That was never our intention. Many sites like ours charge a fee in order to be able to offer you the features our site offers. Otherwise we'd just be like any other free classified site with very little to offer.

Way to many add ons

Way to many add ons. It's kinda like the airlines that keep adding fees for every little thing. Thats pretty negative.
If I say I want one month, I want one month! I didn't say I want one month over and over again. I think you think I'm just a bit gullible and you want to make as many bucks as possible. You are definitely banking on a certain percentage of customers will screw up and not cancel.
Not very friendly.
Hence, you get a not very friendly review.

Tried to sign up on firefox and payment didn't go through. Was able to sign up on Chrome, successfully. But when I go back to FF, I'm still not premium. Had to log out and back in. PITA so far.

Tried to add favorite to the list from their profile and it wasn't adding unless i was on the main list
Filtered for hourly rate and people outside that rate were included
Why can't i filter by availability? Some profiles say they arent available to book.

It's too soon to give a more accurate rating as I just paid for a subscription and looking for a caretaker for myself is quite new to me. I've never done this before.

I filled out lots of information on what my needs are and what type of caretaker I was looking for on my online application to Care.com. This is "my profile." Where is it? I'd like to see it and have it visible to prospective caretakers.

P.S. - My profile picture of me sitting in the office holding a dog was taken a few years ago. I am now retired and have disabilities, so need a part-time, as needed, caretaker.

Last caregiver was good for about two months then got very lazy and brought in children to babysit while watching my 96 year old dad. :/ The web site is good but expensive. Especially for just one month. But Im grateful that I can use your services.
