Terrible customer service. Too bad, as product is good. I've ordered from them 3 - 4 times. First time (year ago) was good. Second time they send wrong size envelopes for cards. I emailed inquiry and got back boilerplate computerized response that they would respond in 1 business day. They never did, I had to call. At least problem resolved. This year I ordered holiday card - just a proof on 11/22. When no card received by 12/2 I emailed. Again, standard response that they would get back to me. Still no info by 12/6. I called three times today and got 3 different excuses/stories, with no promised shipment date. I give up and won't deal with them again.

Horrible experience with double charging, late shipping direct to recipient (over 10 days to send a birthday card?), not including promised postage on orders, I could go on and on... Website is horrible and SLOW as well. Customer service is inconsistent and POOR overall. If you are looking for convenience or time savings, Cardstore.com is NOT your answer. STAY AWAY!

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. Don't count on their 100% satisfaction guarantee. I was unhappy with the cards I ordered and only received generic responses from the company. The company does not make an effort to fix card problems and ignores their customers.

I've been a loyal cardstore.com customer for a few years now. I don't know what happened recently. I ordered Holiday Cards on 12/24, hoping that the cards would be sent by New Year's Day. I assumed the cards were sent until family asked me why I did not send any cards this year. Anyway, I've called twice and email twice. I have not received a response from cardstore.com. However, the purchase amount was charged to my credit card immediately. I am going to the BBB next!

Had an awesome experiene with this website! I was a little hesitant to buy my photo christmas cards from here due to the amount of bad reviews. They were offering 70% off deal that I couldnt pass up. The cards turned out perfectly with great paper quality. I received my cards 7 days from the date of ordering. I was able to get 30 cards for $10.81 which made me very happy!

I ordered my photo cards on Cyber Monday and already received them today (Thursday). For the price, I think the cards are a great deal. I paid a very inexpensive amount for cardstock. I had also made two other cards, one on Shutterfly and one on TinyPrints. By buying on cardstore.com, I saved $50 by not ordering on Shutterfly and $120 by not using TinyPrints. Is the quality as good? Probably not. But for what I paid, I'm very happy. If you are on a budget, go for this place. Well worthwhile and I will buy from them again.

It used to be super easy to use Cardstore. You just uploaded a photo from your phone to make and send a card. Now, for no reason and without informing any customers, they took away support for the app. I spent 20 minutes today trying to upload a photo to the Website in order to customize a card. It didn't work. I don't know why this once-great idea for a business is now reduced to something that barely functions.

Something has happened to Cardstore.com... they have gone from excellent to horrible. Cannot get any info from Customer service about my order. Cards were to arrive 3 days ago--and no one can give me a tracking number or info. They simply say they will check--and never responded back. I have called 6 different times and emailed 3 times--to no avail. I will cancel this order because now they will arrive tooooooo late to mail for X-mas.

$#@! Is right. I hate this site. We ordered some mother's day cards last Saturday and had them shipped 2 day mail. This morning (3 business days later), we called them up because we still hadn't received the cards. No response. Called them back a few hours later and found out that they sent out the cards today... too late for delivery on Mother's Day. Poor customer service. Don't buy from these guys!

They did not ship out order. No tracking number. I ordered birthday cards to keep on hand for people's birthdays in June. I ordered them in the middle of February and I still have not gotten them. I contacted them multiple times and now have to deal with the credit card company in order to get my money back. They were not ordered during a busy time of the year and they still would not help in any way... very disappointed!

I ordered our 2012 Christmas cards on this site before I read the reviews. Once I did read them, I was pretty nervous. But, our cards arrived in about a week - personalized with our family photo - and they are the cutest, least expensive cards that we have ever ordered. I would highly recommend this site - we had a great experience.

I am extremely happy with my purchase! I ordered holiday cards, even though I was a little worried to purchase anything after reading some other reviews but decided to give it a try! My cards turned out beautiful and there were no problems! They have such a great selection and I am glad I made the purchase! I also like the cardstock paper instead of the photo paper. I will order from here again.

Despite the other reviews, I have NEVER had a problem with this site. I ordered two cards on 1/20 and received them only three business days later on 1/24, even with standard shipping. The card quality was great and my order was correct.

I have ordered several times before from this website and have yet to have a problem with them. Shipping generally takes 3 or 4 business days, in my experience. I usually have the cards shipped to my own address, but I did once have the cards shipped for me, and both cards made it to their destination on time. Also, the printing quality of the cards was great.

Everyone seems to be saying that something's happened to Cardstore.com, but I have yet to experience this.

I have sent cards from CARDSTORE before and was okay with them, however something must have changed. I ordered my Christmas cards and had half of them sent directly to the recipient (which didn't arrive by the date I requested), and the other half were sent directly to me. NONE of the cards were cut straight - they look like a child cut them out - they were no where near rectangle. So, I sent CARDSTORE an email about it and they said they'd reprint them at no charge - which they did. I just got that order today and it is WORSE than the original order! If you fold the card in half, the back 1/2 is a lot smaller than the front half and the card looks terrible. I could've printed them on my inkjet a lot better than this. I will NEVER EVER EVER use them again - even if the cards are free!

This site has a good selection, but beware. I confirmed my card's design & when I looked at it a couple days later, there was extra text! Customer Service was not good. I ate the cost & went to vistaprint.

I would NOT recommend this site to anyone I know.

I used to order my cards from this site and used to have a great experience. I don't know if they sold their company or what but they are AWFUL now. I called in because an hour after I placed my order (literally) the site had a huge sale. The foreign rep who answered the phone, yolanda, was so rude I was horrified. She mocked me and repeated what I was saying back in a slow motion voice. I told her to go ahead and cancel my order that I would never shop here again. Her answer was "too bad". She said she canceled and ibwould get email notification. Never came. Wen I called back Jose said there was no cancellation because they are "not allowed" to cancel an order. He promised he would have a manager call me after I held for one for quite a while. Of course, that never happened. I have sent so many people here and will never do so again. I guess they assume because they are cheap that they can treat people like animals. Hope they don't last too long.

Be careful

Be careful. You can find the perfect card, fill in all the information and then the site will close you down and you can not find the card again to finish.

Website is very unfriendly

I ordered for the first time because the price was SOOO cheap. I had the cards shipped directly to ME (instead of mailed out for free) because I wanted to see them in person. They are, without a doubt, the nicest cards I've ever ordered, AND the cheapest. They are printed on nice cardstock. Envelopes were printed with my return address, for free. My only complaint is that it took almost 2 weeks for them to arrive. Probably because they were swamped with orders due to their low pricing and deals. Luckily, I ordered very early in Dec., so they will make it to my friends and family well before Christmas. Very happy!

I ordered a pirate Birthday card for a 5 year old girl. The card arrived with a number 6. I contacted the customer service but they refused to do anything about it. Terrible service. I wouldn't recommend this site to anyone.

It is December 23rd and I ordered my cards on December 1st. NONE of them shipped (I sent to 20 different addresses) and they lost 9 of my contacts. Customer service was rude and never gave me a timeline on when they might rectify the situation. I was told my cards were "lost by the USPS" (at 20 different addresses?) and then they said they were "lost in cyberspace". Not happy. They charged me immediately, emailed that they had been sent, and now nothing. Never again.
