TRUE STORY: We purchased 2 swivel recliners in July - delivered in August. 1 chair arrived broken - they said "don't worry, you purchased the gold plan for $99 each so they will just send you another chair right out." WRONG! Not only would they NOT send another chair, they insisted on repairing this chair. Havertys only has 1 tech in the entire Charlotte, NC region and he only works our area when there are several customers who need repairs. They ordered the wrong parts, etc. and it is Dec. 22 and this chair is STILL not repaired! I will NEVER EVER darken the doors of their store again and I will make sure EVERY person I encounter knows about this experience. Honestly, I wouldn't have paid $5 for these 2 chairs given the nightmare of an experience this has been!

I have sent cards from CARDSTORE before and was okay with them, however something must have changed. I ordered my Christmas cards and had half of them sent directly to the recipient (which didn't arrive by the date I requested), and the other half were sent directly to me. NONE of the cards were cut straight - they look like a child cut them out - they were no where near rectangle. So, I sent CARDSTORE an email about it and they said they'd reprint them at no charge - which they did. I just got that order today and it is WORSE than the original order! If you fold the card in half, the back 1/2 is a lot smaller than the front half and the card looks terrible. I could've printed them on my inkjet a lot better than this. I will NEVER EVER EVER use them again - even if the cards are free!
