Card Cookie

I attempted to purchase gift cards twice, with two different credit cards, and both times CardCookie required me to send them a scan of my driver's license to complete my order. I use dozens of online sites and this is the only one that asks for me to share sensitive information. Not worth the security risk to save a few dollars - I cancelled the orders and used another gift card site.

It may sound absurd but I bought upwards of $7000 worth of GCs from them in the past couple years and always had exceptional experience. Only twice I received bad GCs which they corrected immediately after sending them an email without any hassles.

When it comes to online discounted gift card shopping, the biggest worry is the quality - no one wants to buy a card and only gets to know it does not have the balance when using it. I had some very bad experience with this EJ gift cards site. Their cards are not what they say they are and they do not refund as they say they will.

But with card cookies site, the confidence is there. I always come to this site shopping for gift cards knowing they back anything the sell. They deliver cards fast and they respond to your inquires/requests fast. They have the best customer service among the discount gift card sites. They are truly worth the 5 star rating.

I recently found this site, placed my first order and it was a great experience to save some money. I was a little skeptical about the additional verification process, but it was valid and easy. I received one Starbucks gift card that had an "already been registered" message - customer service replied to my email and resolved the issue quickly within a couple of hours. Had a great experience and plan to buy more in the future.

Tom and the support team were prompt and helpful when I told them about a purchased gift card that was already redeemed. They sent me a replacement gift card the next day. This type of customer service was so nice to see!

I use this site frequently. I've had to email them a couple of times and I always get a speedy response (one for a faulty gift card, which they took care of immediately(!), and another to cancel an order). The only knock would be that it sometimes takes a while for the order to process -- i. E. receiving gift cards can take a while. However, sometimes I've received the gift card really quickly. Overall, I am happy to do business with them.

I have been using card cookie for years. Never see issue. Only one time got issue with the card and then when I contacted them, with in a minute they resolved it. Appreciate card cookie support a lot

My experience with Card Cookie has been nothing but excellent. I had an issue with a purchase and Dan in customer service handled it perfectly. Gift cards at a discount and great Customer service? I'm a fan!

This site is awesome. As much as their discounts are good their support is even better. I have had a couple of issues with cards and a quick email followed by an ever quicker response and resolution is amazing in a time of delayed assistance. Fantastic group of people working here.

I saw a lot of poor reviews on here, so it did make me weary, but I received the exact gift cards I purchased within an hour or two; all of which were for the full advertised price. An extra verification step to prove my identity was required, but I didn't have to send my driver's license like others complain about (although that is an option they give for you to use). The customer service was immediately responsive and walked me through alternative methods that were quick and simple. I would have not given this 5 stars if the customer service wasn't so responsive, but it definitely made my order satisfactory knowing that I could email them and receive a reply within 5 minutes. I recommend this service and will probably use them again.

I ordered gift cards from cardcookie and was charged for my order and an additional unauthorized $90.05. I attempted to contact their customer service department for 5 days with no response or acknowledgment.

Ultimately I filed a claim with my bank in an attempt to get my money back. Either cardcookie is a complete scam, or someone is asleep at the wheel. In either case, it is terrible for the consumer.
