Worst healthcare company I've ever had through an employer. Pure garbage. I pay twice as much as I did with Cigna, have half the benefits, and the customer support is the absolute worst. They even billed me for my 2 year old's physician-ordered COVID tests because they were "out of network". Despite me filing appeals about the CARES act and their website clearly stating they would cover those things, they still deny them. Absolutely awful company.

I would give this company 0 or negative stars if it would let me. Absolutely, by far, the worst company (period) I have ever dealt with in my life. I am kicking myself for not checking the BBB complaints. Because now I am the one writing one. I am writing this sitejabber review solely for the chance it helps someone avoid the nightmare I am going through right now. I paid over 3K for a buffet table/hutch that I got my wife for her birthday. I purchased this in June and her birthday was July 12th. I knew it would be a few days to weeks late based on the expected arrival date of late July. Well... I still have not received my furniture and it's been 5 MONTHS LATER (November) now. I've talked with their awful customer service department for the last half year and I don't wish that on my worst enemy. They've promised me 6, yes 6, different times that it "would ship/arrive" on X date and it never happens. It's been a viscous cycle of me emailing and calling them when X date comes and goes with nothing, they lie and say something like "Oh, I see here it will arrive on X date actually (usually 2-3 additional weeks") and then blame it on covid. I say "OK", and wait again with same results. I've asked for a refund 4 different times via 4 separate support tickets/emails and now and they are just ignoring me and sending the same canned response. They are refusing to give me a refund (even though FTC guidelines clearly states that I am entitled to one). Do yourself a favor and just go read the BBB complaints. Not sure what's going on at this company, but it's happening over and over. I am out 3K, no furniture, and now they won't even give me a refund. It's theft.

Tip for consumers:
Don't buy anything from 1stopbedrooms. Read the BBB reviews. I wish I would have.

I saw a lot of poor reviews on here, so it did make me weary, but I received the exact gift cards I purchased within an hour or two; all of which were for the full advertised price. An extra verification step to prove my identity was required, but I didn't have to send my driver's license like others complain about (although that is an option they give for you to use). The customer service was immediately responsive and walked me through alternative methods that were quick and simple. I would have not given this 5 stars if the customer service wasn't so responsive, but it definitely made my order satisfactory knowing that I could email them and receive a reply within 5 minutes. I recommend this service and will probably use them again.
