Panera bread was not considered a restaurant so I did not get the additional discount. I eat there regularly and it certainly is a restaurant.

Card had zero balance and had the account closed. Had to file a claim with cardcash to get money back. Too much of a hassle.

I was able to purchase a discounted card an use it without a problem. The establishment took the card like money.
