I purchased some Lowes gift card codes for use online, Lowes doesn't honor them. It turns out that it wasn't a gift card, it was a merchandise card.
Let's see if the gift card works. I had experiences in the past of canceled gift cards let's see if this one works!
I have now officially lost more money than I ever saved using Card Cash. They buy digital gift cards purchased with stolen credit cards. If you are diligent and use the gift card within 45 days, you may be fine. If not, you'll likely be the one left holding the bag. This is how it happens... You purchase a digital gift card from Card Cash thinking you're going to save ~15%. You check the balance on the digital grift card right away to make sure to make sure you didn't get ripped off. You then either don't use the gift card right away, or otherwise, don't use the entire balance within 45 days. Then, you finally do use the gift card and find out that it has a $0 balance! You contact Card Cash, and they tell you to gfy. Then, you contact the restaurant for which you purchased the gift card, and they ever-so politely tell you they are sorry, but they had to "recover the funds" from the gift card because it was purchased with a stolen credit card. At his point you are totally screwed. For some reason, everyone above you was able to pass their loss/culpability off to someone else. Not the thief, the credit card holder, credit card company, Card Cash, or the restaurant had to suffer the loss... just YOU, and you'll have no recourse. Everyone else above you got their money back, so they're happy, and no one where you live is you going to take the time to even try to find the original thief (as if they even could). So, long-story-short... DO NOT BUY FROM CardCash! However, if you're a thief, it seems like a great place to fence your loot. CardCash has no shame. They will happily aid and abet. I think it's time to contact the NJ State Attorney.
Order Dunkin Donut card and charged my credit card and then cancelled order and never return money 10+ days.
Never trust again
Very professional and expeditious! I'm looking forward to more opportunities with this company... especially TJMax
Thanks Elizabeth! I love TJMaxx too :)
I was a bit apprehensive about using "3rd party" card sales, but it could not have been any smoother. Will definitely use again.
The coupon you sent had been used 2 days before and was refused when issued at Applebees on Saturday.
Unlike some sites, CardCash gives you immediate access to your ecard. This is the best site! Try it out. Good discounts, too.
Checkout is a bit aniquated and shopping cart disappears too fast. Search functionality doesn't always work well. More mobile friendly would be great
I purchased an e-card for Applebees. Arrived my email just a few minutes later. Could not be easier.
We were able to use our gift card with the Tuesday special at Bonefish, making it a very reasonable weeknight dinner date.
... what an embarrassing experience. Card is declined because it was deactivated. Ridiculous! How can you do this?
Perfect... received my ecard within minutes of purchase to print out...
Was a flawless experience...
I've been purchasing cards from CardCash for a few years now and haven't experience any problems that weren't resolved.
Purchased Lowes Printable Ecard, easy to purchase, print, and use. The bonus % off was nice. No Issues.
Thank you!
Chili's said gift card was deactivated when I tried to use. You gave a prompt, immediate refund. Thanks!
Additional discounts at the pump with these Sunoco cards discounted nearly 8%. That's roughly 18 cent per gallon.
Ordered numerous cards. Both ecards and physical cards. No issues either way. Great service.

Answer: Thanks for bringing up the CardCash BBB rating, we appreciate the opportunity to explain why we have this rating. A few months ago we got into a dispute with a seller who defrauded us. We decided to take this matter to court rather than simply resolve the complaint that seller filed with the BBB. As this complaint remains open while the case is adjudicated, the BBB has downgraded our rating. Once this matter is resolved we expect our rating to more accurately reflect our commitment to excellent customer service and business practices.
Answer: Negative comments because they deserve them. They have the best deals because they have the most scammers selling them cards. That's why they only have a 45 guarantee. The majority of their cards will be zerod out by the 45 days or right after. Then, you are screwed. They WON'T refund your money after that.
Answer: Yes, my brother had a bad transaction with Cardcash. He put a hold through PayPal and Cardcash had to respond and then quickly resolved the problem. Cardcash is the only gift card company that I have dealt with constantly sells bad cards. I know only use giftcardrescue, cardpool, or monster giftcard. Never had a problem with them.
Answer: We have a 45 day guarantee for such occurrences. Please reach out to our claims department so we can assist you. Thanks!
Answer: Of course! You are covered by our 45 day guarantee. Please email sitejabber@cardcash.com so we can resolve it immediately. Have a wonderful day!
Answer: They don't. Don't do it. They make it seem like this is a better, faster option but they've taken my $150 cards for over a week now and have not responded or provided me the MasterCard info. Please stay away and report to BBB as this is a common practice of theirs.
