The description on the cover says it is 100% waterproof. The sides got soaked on the inside, and when contacted, I was told that the description clearly makes it evident that because the top has more layers, it's the only one that is water resistant. That makes no sense. Complete garbage. Got treated like an idiot by the warranty team, and got told that it should be self-understood that the cover was not as described. This is false advertising. If the top is the only one that is water resistant, then say that in the description. And the warranty team told me that it is only water resistant, not waterproof. The description says waterproof. Another case of false advertisement. I was treated poorly, the product was not as described, and with the way I was treated I do not trust this company to take care of problems with the lifetime warranty. The cover was a good deal for what I paid, but the customer service was awful and treated me horribly. And the description was falsely advertised, which is illegal. Overall horrible company and I will not be shopping with them ever again. I will steer anyone I see away from this company. Absolutely disrespectful.
