I contacted carcover.com and asked them to send one of the items to a different address. They said they would, but I got both of them delivered to one address instead of two different ones. Now I have to pay for the shipping to have it sent to the other address.

When I contacted your company, the representative i spoke with insisted fault was with the credit card company, not car cover.com. Fault in fact is with car cover, not my credit card company. Your representative was rude and failed research the issue. If anyone, other than the guy I spoke with originally, would like to discuss this situation, you have my phone number.

It was very easy to find a car cover that would fit my classic BMW 3-series. I wanted a cover that would FIT and all of my questions were answered with the product descriptions.
I was a bit disappointed that the cover lacked any markings as to front or back. Also, my previous cover was more fitted - pockets for side mirrors and window for rear license plate to be visible.
