Arrived as advertised, there was a steel cable and also a white nylon rope that were included with the instructions, but the instructions never said what to do with the nylon rope. The instructions were not completely clear.
You guys are the best just ordered cover for my 2020 Hyundai Veloster and 2017 dodge challenger.
They both fit like they were tailor made best cover for the money by far.

Placed order on the 1st of Aug with promise that it will be delivered by the 5th. Not only it was not delivered yet (today is the 14th of Aug) but it was not even shipped yet. Talked to on line support for more than 3 times and received information that the item will be shipped. Still not shipped. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
I bought this because of the reviews I read online. It was on sale for almost half off and offered a lifetime warranty.the two previous covers didn't last 15 mos.they were from a different brand. So we will try this out and see what happens. I'm very optimistic. As far as online ordering and shipping.it was real smooth arrived on time

Nice product. Wish it was a little thicker like in description. And it was a bit big for my car. Even though I put in the exact Make, Model and Year. I mean it still works. Rather for it to be too big than too small. Let's see how good it takes care of my car. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase.
