Quick and easy ordering.
I ordered this online thinking it would arrive in a few days. I never received an confirmation of shipping so I emailed the company several times without getting anywhere. After waiting a few more days for the delivery, I called the company to find out if the order was ever shipped. They confirmed it was shipped and would arrive in another week. They did not care much that I was inconvenienced. Eventually, I tracked the order and figured out it was late due to the fact this company is shipping from outside the US and my package was in customs on the east coast (I live on the west coast).
Once I received the car cover, it worked for my needs, but I would not go thru the hassle of ordering from this company again.
When Ivtried contacting you to see if my order was received it was impossible. I never received a confirmation email receipt that I requested.
