The cable and lock were missing when I received the car cover. However when notified they sent the missing items in a very timely manner. Excellent customer service.
I now have 3 of your covers. I haven't used the one for my older M3 because it's in storage. However, I like the the way the 2 I have fit the applicable cars. They're not " perfect", but very close and your pricing is much more reasonable than the others I have researched. Plus, as mentioned before, the 2 extra tie downs are a real help. I will recommend your covers.
Good so far good web site, after ordering I called a few days later to inquire about a tracking number, I was provided one. My only suggestion, is to provide automatically a tracking number to every order to every customer. This would have helped me. Otherwise great product and customer service was very helpful.

When I placed my order, I was waiting for email confirmation. When I didn't receive it, I called. They said my email address was incorrect, when I went to give them my correct address, they said that they couldn't change it, how absurd is that.
