I ordered two covers. One for a 1968 Mecury Cougar and one for a 1995 Cutlass Supreme Convertible. Imagine my surprise when they arrived and they were the same covers. The instructions said that if you tried them on and they got "dirty" you would be charged a service fee. I called them up and told them that I was displeased and also sent an email. I returned them paid 65 to ship them back, was charged a 20 percent restocking fee and they charged me another 65 shipping because of the return. What a deal! No car cover and it only cost me over $175 to end up with nothing. They told me on the phone that they were not custom fit and my question is then why does the website want the year make and model of your car. My two cars couldn't possibly be any different from each other. Stay away from these people.
This is, by far, the best customer assistance (help!) that I have been exposed to in the last 30 years (maybe even more!). My cover arrived and didnt fit. I called them and, luckily, got Isaac on the phone and he was nothing short of tremendous! Not only polite but understanding and most of all, cared about resolving my problem PROMPTLY! He sent me a new cover, since the original was too small and told me not to bother sending back the one that doesnt fitits a complimentary gift. Parenthetically, they apparently sent out the wrong cover. Now, hows that for serviceno runaround, no excuses, just apologies, and timely action! Carcover has some really nice people working for them. "Chat session wasnt worth it, however; talk to a real person, and if youre so fortunate, youll get Isaaca prince among ALL customer service people. Hes a gem!
Original order arrived and fit was baggy. I contacted Customer Service and after a request and a couple of pictures they sent a replacement, It fit perfectly. I would recommend to my friends. All in all a smooth transaction.

The cover is made in a way that the layer are compressed together for it to be easier to use on the customers end we would gladly accept the ocver if you wish to return it to show good faith we would like to offer you a 20% refund so you can take the time to see that this is a quality cover and will do everything that is advertised

Good except for the door zipper is in alignment with the vehicle door on both of my car covers. For Honda's that don't have a speller I would say the car cover would fit great. For Honda's with speller car cover short about 5 inches.
