I placed my order via internet on Wednesday October 18th@ 633 pm paid the extra $25 for express shipment because I was picking up my new vehicle on Friday October 20th before leaving for vacation on the 21st. Got conformation on the 19th that the order would not arrive until Monday the 23rd by 8pm. Called the 8 hundred # and the gentleman said sorry that is the way it is. I asked them why did I pay the extra $ for express shipment and got no answer.

Your site said custom made cover, its not custom made for our car, it fits front to back nice, but the top has lots of play for a taller car, its not skin tight as ur ad says. But it is nice other than that.
On the first page to order PayPal is not listed makining it inconvenient by having to fill out credit card information, and not using it because PayPal finally shows up on the final pay page. I would prefer PayPal appear on first page thus relieving me from typing in all my credit card information.

Received product in a timely manner with all parts accounted for. Feels like quality material and it fits my 2006 BMW 325i like a glove. Hoping for the best this winter...I feel like this was a good choice.

I didn't open my car cover up all the way when I received it, expecting not to much could be wrong, but...I was wrong. I went to store my Mustang last night and one of the mirrors pockets was sewn messed up to where it did not fit correctly. Needless to say I couldn't take it off and send it back because the place I was storing it was going to be closing the doors and did not want my car sitting unprotected until anew one arrived. I did take pictures of the pocket.
Easy & simple -Experience very positive. I erred in my selection in that upon inspection I would have preferred a heavier, soft underside. My mistake, not yours. Washed and waxed my Corvette and immediately covered it with the new car cover. Fits perfectly.
