Ordering process was smooth, but I was disappointed when I learned no instructions came with my shipment. Nothing was provided as to how to best utilize the nylon straps attached to the front and back ends of the car cover or how to identify front and back of the car cover. (I had to go to youtube to view competitor products to see how to best install a car cover on a large suv).
