Web Site worked very well, now to see the delivered quality of the products. Received the product, it was NOT up to my expectations. I have purchased and used car covers since age 21, I have been a car "nut" since my first car, I have worked in NASCAR, I have over 5 car magazines delivered to my home. I have a 1995 Mustang Cobra with a fitted car cover. I know what to expect in a car cover, and this car cover was NOT up to expectations. The shortfall is due to the fact that this was NOT a fitted car cover, designed and manufactured to FIT our 2016 Lincoln MKX; rather it was a universal car cover and was "baggy" all over. Finally, returning the car cover was a significant problem since it was required that I provide an international tracking number, that forced a cost that almost approached the cost of the car cover. In summary, WHAT AN EXPERIENCE!
The cover didnt come close to fitting and I bought their best one! When I showed them the 8 inch strip of car showing all the way around the bottom, they promised to replace it. Then after weeks of waiting I asked on the status and they decided not to replace it. Not even to notify me they werent going to replace it. Hell they didnt even offer a discount since it clearly didnt fit the car! This company sucks and so does their product! DONT BE FOOLED
