The company was pleasant to deal with. Getting through on the phone though was pretty tough. The intial call when placing the order could have been a little better with questions and greeting. They responded very fast to emails and texts which was great! They initially sent me the wrong unit for my jeep. I contacted them and was called back/ emailed within minutes. They shipped the correct unit out immediately after speaking with them. The PCM works great. I would recommend them to anyone needing an ECM/PCM for their vehicle.

Per instruction keys were supposed to be pre-programmed, cut new keys and had to have ford program keys to car 200.00 additional cost. Vehicle is repaired and works to engineered specs

First time using this company. After a poor experience with another company, we tried CCE. The module arrived on time, programmed, and fixed the issue. We will be using CCE again for our module needs.
I don't think my issue now is with the computer. I think it maybe an issue with ground wires. I spent 400 dollars for nothing. It's not the company's fault that I replaced it, but I thought it was the most logical thing to do. The computer works fine, I just have to dig a little deeper to find out the real cause of my problems.

Got my computer and it works great. Took five business days to complete Monday throught friday, week days, to complete and test your ecm. I'm impressed and will continue to do business with them. At first I was nervous because all the negative comment people put out. But everything worked out good.

Very easy to order and pay online for repairing and checking my CPU. Testing and repair was completed within 48 hours of receiving my CPU. I haven't reinstalled the CPU yet. I did call up and ask if any repairs were done to my CPU as no paperwork was included when I received my unit back. The CPU was packed nicely in bubble wrap in the return box. Actually I found that to be upsetting. I wanted to know if any actual repairs had to be done. I would have been happy if they described any repairs or if they said that it had no problems. Anyway that's that.

Answer: There are only really two ways to reach this company. The first way is to call the number and ignore all other menu prompt options and just press 1 for sales. It's all they care about. Otherwise you will be listening to elevator music for thirty minutes before getting dropped out of the system and calling back. The other way is to send an email and wait two to three days for a poorly typed one sentence response that doesn't fully address your issue, and this will go back and forth for a week until you finally get somewhere.
