I had an AWESOME experience walking into Himayat Nager carat lane. Honest to god truth I was perplexed thinking of buying platinum as I am used to buying gold and platinum just looks very different but the warm welcome that I received from the staff (Miss Nisha) and the way I was guided and education about the each and every ornament that I struck my eyes on helped me finalize my purchase. When I have decided to gift couple band for my hubby's birthday, I had no time to visit the store personally bcz I stay in remote due to this work from home opportunity. I have decided that let's give a try this time and called the customer support very next min. Sonakshi - Caratlane executive gave all the details about the product which I had asked. It made the purchase so easy and quick. And one fine day I have received the product. Here is not the shopping done, unfortunately bcz of size fit issue I have to return the product twice. Then I called Sonakshi - Executive parter, came with the solution and the return process is completed smoothly. Finally repair of the product is completed and I got my lovely bands back.
