Caratlane came through with my refund. I was skeptical but James got on the matter and i got my refund of tax and duties through Caratlane and paypal... Hats off to Caratlane. Thank you...
A snail moves at light speed compared to these guys. I have been assured tht refund would be coming. Well that say the right things yet action speak volumes and after a few e mails they dont even reply to my requests... 5 days now i send for updates with no response.
I bought a bangle from them. I live in Canada. Before my purchase I asked 3 different on chat box " will i have to pay taxes and duties in canada " Was told no all is included in price. I went ahead with purchase and followed the updates (which was stuck on your item is being crafted)... Much to my surprise fed ex calls yesterday and asks me who is my custom broker... shipper sent no paper work... i paid caratlane close to 600 dollars for tax and duties and now owe canada 700 dollars... kind of feel like i been scammed... they have not answered my emails

Bought couple of rings and gave for names engraving in Sujana Forum Mall on 8th of February. We were promised that they will be ready for collection on 11th February morning. Went for collection on 11th morning and spent whole day there. Initially we were told they are in Banjara hills, then changed it to Jubilee Hills and finally said they are in Begumpet work shop. Due to our pressure finally they have delivered the rings at 6:30pm without engraving them.
Very unhappy with their unprofessionalism.
