I ordered a bracelet with an amazing design but unfortunately it was too delicate for every day wear so had to return it back.
The customer care service was true to its promise on their full refund policy. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and has ability to Listen and provide amazing experience for their clients, what Caratlane provides most try to emulate but can't achieve. Finally there is some one trustworthy and reputable.
Mr. Danesh stood true to his word and reassured me that I will get my refund as soon as as possible. I just appreciate how they conduct business.
This is best summarised by the high level of class pressure free professionalism and wonderful service I have received.

But the female employee was rude to me and my mother and she treated us like we couldn't afford to buy anything from caratlane. I bought a diamond band rose gold one year back. And today when I see the ring it's gold yellow color turns rough white completely. Now I have doubt that is it real gold or fake.

I placed an order for a diamond ring size 7 they sent size 11 and refused to accept their mistake and would not exchange or refund my money. Plus they deducted making charges and taxes and offered to exchange as long I travel to India to their store. This company is a scam PLEASE DONT ORDER FROM THEM. Horrible customer service 4 days just to respond and they don't seem to want to help.
I ordered a nazaria for infants which is 1 gm and they have charged more than 2300 as making charges on 1 gm gold piece.

The weight of the earings purchased recently was mentioned to be Approx 3.65 Grams and today recieved e Certificate which say actual weight is 2.64 Grams. Suprising Caratlane customer care said that it is how they will charge and no refund will be issue for that difference. This means if you place order for 10Grams(Approx) there are high chances that you might recieve only 5 or 6 Gms. In my case going by today's Gold Rate i was charged extra 6000 rupees(1Gram is 4770 rupees). This is Big Scam and pls don't fall for it.
