Leadership was less than to be desired.

Leadership was less than to be desired. Very little, if no, oversight and regulation of unethical and otherwise questionable behavior. Incompetence gets rewarded, especially if you make friends in the right places. Working hard and exceeding expectations gets you nowhere and barely a thank you for your contribution. STEER CLEAR. You are just a warm body to these folks.
