I've now bought 4 watch bands and three of them are stretch The first one was a wrap around and is stunning and I love the different materials used but not as quick to put on The stretchy ones are still stunning and easy to put on and off Love Them

I ordered two items: a beaded elasticized Apple Watch band, and a standard amethyst Apple Watch band. It took some time to receive as they come from China.
The elastic stretchy beaded band (I have rather small wrists but I ordered the larger option to be safe) was sooo small. I wore it for one day only and it left painful indents on my wrist and left the top of my wrist bruised.
The second amethyst watch band is tightened by pulling on two strings. The material of the thread is thick and coarse, and feels scratchy like burlap. It also was uncomfortable to wear.
I immediately emailed customer service asking for a solution. They took days to respond and when they did, they advised that the items were non refundable. I was quite surprised by this policy. My order totaled $92!
After going back and forth with them for a few weeks, the most they would offer was $20 credit on their website. I find this to be soo unthical, basically selling crap products and refusing to refund even partially.
I offered to send back the items for even partial refund but the address is in China and the cost of the return postage exceeds the cost of the items!
So disappointed. I would not recommend doing business with this company to anybody. Buyer beware.

I ordered two watchbands following their instructions for measuring your wrist for sizing. One fits fine. The other is so large it does not stay on my wrist.
Trying to return has been a nightmare. They keep offering account credits and claim they will charge me for the "postage and handling" of the original order. But I was not charged postage! And they telling me that it probably fits fine. It is an inch bigger than the one that fits fine.
I want nothing to do with this company of idiots!

I bought a watchband from this company, Cape Diablo. I followed the sizing directions on their website. When it arrived it did not fit my iwatch. I asked for a return and am getting the run around. They only make offers for other things. Over and over and over. They say
It's not difficult for us to allow returns and refunds. And then do not help. This was a big purchase for me.
I am retired and living on social security. No other company is so difficult with returning something you paid for and cannot use. Buyer beware.

Purchased a watch band that did not fit. I had to pay for the shipping to return. When I received another band and still did not fit I was told I would be able to get 25% back. They do not accept returns! READ THE FINE LINE
