I bought a watchband from this company, Cape Diablo. I followed the sizing directions on their website. When it arrived it did not fit my iwatch. I asked for a return and am getting the run around. They only make offers for other things. Over and over and over. They say
It's not difficult for us to allow returns and refunds. And then do not help. This was a big purchase for me.
I am retired and living on social security. No other company is so difficult with returning something you paid for and cannot use. Buyer beware.
