Sometimes u think ok this is it,it will come out good the picture looks good an when I get it,it's not the words are off the picture an all they say we did the picture in the box but the picture in the box is right so how an why does it not look like it? That has happen 2 times but I have ordered others that turned out lovely so it's a chance u take. An no they don't replace but will do if u pay shipping fees

The only thing I can complain about is the fake "free canvas" and then the shipping is the price you would regularly pay for them! This go around the quality of the pictures wasnt as good as previous purchases.
