The total price was good but the shipping really was the price not the 0 for canvass Shipping was 28 dollars when checked around reg prices everywhere was 30 to 40 dollars so it is deceiving but full total was cheaper. Just worded differently

Pretty easy to navigate the site, I ordered my canvas with a frame and received my order without it. I sent a message to customer service and a picture. I received an immediate response and within the next two weeks I received a new canvas in the frame. Absolutely no question, I appreciate that.

They sent me a canvas with my son's head cut off. They said I approved it this way which is inaccurate. They refused to fix or refund money. I will never purchase from them again and would discourage you to as well due to dishonest work ethic. Just a warning. They don't stand behind there work.

I paid pretty much for shipping only. The bigger the canvas the more expensive the shipping got. That's kind of got me, but it's cheaper than what the "original" price is.

Make sure your photo is centered right because they don't let you know there could be a problem with your order. Thought that's why they wanted my email too.
