Iv already tried to send a complaint, recieved nothing so far. The quality was terrible in my canvas I'm not even going to hang it. So disappointing.

I had placed an order with them, and when I received it. It was blurry as heck I did email them about it, bit the response was I should have Blown it up before completing the purchase to see what it would look like. The only thing they could tell me was I can redo the order give them the order number and receive a refund for 50% of shipping. I don't think I'll use them again ots a good concept for sure but I'm unsatisfied with the out come. I only did it because it was a pic of my son and dog. Who we found my pups is very very sick and it was the only pic I had of them together.

Canvas quality is great. I've ordered before. BUT, don't waste your time uploading photos when you find a deal. You will be charged $20-25 per picture to ship. $300 to ship? No thanks. Ridiculous.

PEOPLE DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! I ordered my canvas and chose extra for the quicker shipping which meant it should have been here by then but customer services says they put a "small disclaimer in the corner" so basically they are a damn SCAM. Try to make you believe they can get it to you by a certain time and make you pay extra for it but they save their asses by hiding their small "disclaimer"

USE EASY CANVAS PRINTS! They are such a great company and the only reason I didn't choose them was because this company was offering a free 16x20 and I fell for it even though shopping was $30.

Do not trust the good reviews. Use Easy canvas prints instead!

This is the first time over the years ((SADLY)) ~ customer service is poor. This is my fourth canvas print and the quality of this is poor. There is an unexpected and unattractive "pink hue" overcasting the images. The original I submitted upon ordering is completely different in appearance than the canvas print I received. Beware! CanvasPeople refuses to exchange my item or give me a refund even after complying with their request to see the defective piece. I've lost $40 (shipping fee) and I'm forever in possession of a defective 11"x14" canvas print that was intended as a Christmas gift.

I had a great coupon to use as the prices are a big high but with my coupon it was amazing! The canvas is beautiful!

I wish the canvas were a little cheaper. Makes it hard to justify the cost, even with a "free" canvas it still costs over $20 for one.

Very pleased with our picture, shipping was a little expensive but worth it since the item came only two days later.
