The shipping in my opinion is purposefully over priced. It seems much of the " discount" is paid back through the shipping.

Was supposed to pay for shipping only. Instead, I was given a discount on the photo and had to pay for shipping. Disappointing since shipping cost is less.

I wanted to be able to see a preview and not just a thumbnail of the canvas I ordered. If there is a way to do that, it was not obvious to me.

I was pleasantly surprised by how quick the delivery and the quality was sooo nice on the photo pillow and canvas I had ordered.

I wish you had the option of being able to access past orders with pictures, so that I could easily reorder them rather than having to locate them on my laptop once more. Also wish that shipping was much less.

I have ordered from canvas people several times and I love it and will continue to do so as long as they do good work and so far I've got nothing but great work out of me.

Everything met my expectation except the canvas is too glossy and exaggerates the texture of the canvas especially in the blacks. This effect distracts from the image. If it were a mat finish it would have been better.
