Ever since the first canvas I have purchased, I have been obsessed. They all turn out so amazing. I am definitely a big fan of you're website. I will continue to buy all of my canvases from you guys. Thank you for all you do!
Disappointed with quality, the wood frame shows through the print, seems the canvas is thin. Also the pricing is inflated and the shipping is high, so really the savings is no big deal. There's a million companys selling the same thing, will try another company.
We ordered a 3'x4' canvas that was a great deal through Groupon. Ordering was easy, it processed and shipped quickly and arrived in perfect condition! We have ordered canvas' from other sites and the quality was not as nice. I would order again from CanvasOnSale.
First time Ive used a canvas company and am quite pleased with the value received. Multiple canvas shipped in one box for one shipping charge. The higher resolution file, the better the canvas. One low res file could be ordered only in 6x10 size which is appropriate without spending a bunch of money on something with which I would be disappointed.
I printed my wife's all time favorite baby picture of our son for Christmas. The canvas arrived and I was pretty bummed because the black & white filter gave it a purple hue to it and the canvas itself was loose. I received and email asking for a review so I wrote that I was unhappy with the results and nobody has contacted me since. It was a good price and all so I suppose I'll have to live with the old adage "You get what you pay for"
I ordered a 16 x 20 canvas for my kids for Christmas. It looked so amazing that I ordered 2 more in 16 x 12 for them for their Feb. Anniversary. The clarity and color is more than I had hoped for. This is a definite go to place for future gifts from me.
I placed my order one month ago and I never received it. When I looked up my order's status on the website it stated it was sent, but tracking information was "unavailable" for my order. I sent 5 emails to inquire about my order. I even tried to reach this company several times by phone & reached out to Groupon for assistance with follow up (this was a Groupon deal). I have had no success. I do find it amusing, however, that since I have placed my order, I have received 28 marketing/soliciting emails from this company. Certainly, a disconnect with personalized customer service. I would highly recommend avoiding this company.
I order a set of magnets since May 6th. Today is June 3rd and I still have not received my merchandise I contacted the company for the representative to say to me oh its on the way, there made in Germany, you should receive them in a week. That was two weeks ago! Thats all she said. When I asked if she had any information she said to me oh its mad in Germany it takes a while. I will never order from this company again! There service is horrible and its a rip off to take your money and you do not receive your merchandise
I've printed a dozen or so 12X12 canvases of flowers in several different orders.
I'm very happy with them and they all made it to me safe and sound.
I'd recommend uploading your pictures the exact size you want them. I did have one print crop different than I expected. Wouldn't do it without the Groupon coupon either.
I ordered a blanket on 11Nov2018 directly from their sight. There were banners and posting promising it to arrive by Christmas, here I sit 29Dec2018 with no blanket for my wife who is deploying mid January.
Their customer service is a joke! No one answers the phone, you can't leave a message and they don't return emails.
Icing on the cake is they promise to ship ONLY using UPS and USPS with tracking number. Yet my order has said it's been shipped for the last 3 weeks, no tracking number was given and it doesn't take 3 weeks for anything to be shipped to or from any part of the United States.
I've finled complaints with Groupon and they're looking into a refund for me. Sadly they too are having no success contacting this company.
Save your money and time! Don't buy here. It's a poorly ran company at best and scam at worst.

What can I say - got introduced to CanvasOnSale via GroupOn. Bought 4 36"x48" color prints, and had a massive number of 12"x12" B&W prints of family made. The results are stunning. Have received many compliments from friends about the quality of the work.
As an FYI - most of the prints were made from iPhone photos (including the pic here).
Easy on-line ordering, quick (and well-packed) shipping (although their tracking info is slightly suspect). Very happy - will continue to do business with them!
Biiiiiig canvas print. Sharp, colorful, nicely balanced image--just like the original. Perfectly mounted on wood frame. Accompanied by a dollar's worth of hanging hardware, which cost five times that much, and which either proved worthless by bending out of shape the first time it was hung, or was (a string) too short for image.
I didn't know much about canvases or prints with personal images on them until i tried to to order in case to see how printed image would look on canvas,
It's a very creative gift idea, most important that it's personal and doesn't cost a fortune. Besides, cavases are great décor solution and can be used for different types of room interiors.

I placed my order on February 10,2021. The website says
My wall décor will be "Shipped within 24h, with delivery taking an additional 2-6 business days." It has been 3 weeks and the online tracking says in transit. So i emailed customer service and they responded with a standardized answer of "We are happy to let you know that below mentioned products are now shipped." which tells me nothing. I can not attest to the quality of the products because i have not received them nor received a satisfactory response from customer service.
I redeemed a $5.00 groupon for a fleece blanket. I have to believe they use different materials based on that. Mine was basically... felt? Maybe a smooth felt? Definitely thinner than felt. I think I will use it as the center panel as a quilt or something.

I had a Groupon for a three panel canvas. The one they sent was just one piece, and significantly smaller than what we ordered. Would not have bothered to order one that size for the space we wanted to hang the picture.
I purchased vouchers from Groupon for (8) 8x8 canvas' from this company and was excited to have them fulfilled. I went through and meticulously selected the images that would work in an 8x8 and went to enter my Groupon codes at the end. Much to my dismay, I was not able to use the codes together and would need to submit individual orders for each canvas I would like to order. This would incur a shipping charge for each one. Mind you, I knew I would need to pay for shipping but individually, would cost much more than if I was able to apply my codes and have them all ship together. This is a poor business model as the company does not stand to benefit from having the orders placed individually. The carrier would. The company would also need to take more time packaging and shipping my canvas' individually. Customer centric businesses are profitable for a reason. I am considering cutting my losses from my groupon purchases and ordering from another company.

It seems like there are more and more choices for ordering canvas prints. Of all my choices, CanvasOnSale is at the top of my list. For starters, they offer potentially the most economical shipping option, and their packaging process gives their canvas prints the most protection from damage, I received my prints less than a week after I placed my order, and the quality of the finished product was second to none.
I have ordered 5 different canvas photos in the past year and I absolutely love them. They always arrive when the order says they will arrive And their quality work is amazing. I can not wait to order more.
This was a gift for a friend and I couldn't be happier with the 3-panel split canvas I ordered. She was thrilled and hung it as soon as she got home and sent me a photo. The colors, detail and quality were excellent and it looks fabulous hanging above her bed.
