Ordered on Dec.5th and did not receive until Dec.24th (had to email to ask on Dec.18th, then got tracking info afterwards). Prints were good though! My 3rd time ordering from them and had good shipping times before.
This was very quick and painless. The print was great quality and done exactly how I had requested. The delivery was left in the snow, but that's the carrier's issue not the seller. In fact, if it wasn't for the thorough safe packaging done by Canvasndecor I might have had an issue. Great experience!
I ordered 3 24x36 prints and one 12x18. The prints are lovely and the quality wonderful. I like that the larger prints have a wood frame with a cross brace. We live in a humid area and this is very important to the longevity of the print.
UPS delivery service is probably good for large metro ares in Canada ie Toronto. The service received in our area of the country (rural Alberta) is not acceptable. UPS eventually mailed our order through Canada Post begging the question why you did not send the order Canada Post initially seeing as that is where it ended up anyway.
The above is based on the quality of the product and delivery. You're website is very user friendly and I was able to find the size I wanted which wasn't available at the usual retail stores, London Drugs, Walmart, Staples.
CyberMonday order not recieved until Dec20th. Very disappointed. When the order was placed it was to be 3-4 days production 7 days shipping. Total of 10 working days. 80% longer for delivery.
After contacting Canvasn Decor during the 'production time' thier response was well we are busy...
The order process was easy enough. I was pleased with the variety of sizes there were to choose from and the fact you could preview your purchase before submitting it. Once I received my canvas prints, I was THOROUGHLY impressed with the quality of the picture on the canvas as well as the quality of the frame. WOW! I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from them again.
Would be nice to add text to the picture, we will see how they look when they arrive
Parcel was sent UPS, tracking showed it in Castlegar, a town 3 hours away, I finally phoned after a week they said it was there I could pick it up. They never did try and deliver it to my house or call me and tell me it was in. If I had not called I wonder what they would have done, my phone number was on the package I saw it when I picked it up.
Canvas n Décor always delivers a great product and in a timely manner. My customers and I love the products they sell, especially the HD metal prints, they make every picture POP.

The site is a bit cumbersome, but I found what I needed at a good price. The preview was awkward, but I didn't need to make any edits so it was fine. Getting the promotional item was a nice touch. It would be nice if it could be ordered on the site, rather than though email, and it wasn't clear what promotional item I'd qualify for, there was contradictory info on the site. But I was happy to recieve any product of course. Customer service was great, I contacted them by email and recieved a response in half an hour. Production times were delayed due to the pandemic, but that was expected, although it would have been nice if that was stated on the site. I was thrilled with the canvas I recieved and the promotional metal print was a wonderful addition. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.
Great products. Significant delay in product shipping, however the customer service team was quick to respond to my inquiries which made things a bit better.
Always a very good experience, exceptional products and timely delivery. In the few times that I needed to connect with customer service they were prompt and addressed my issues quickly.
Service is excellent. Love the canvas prints. Sold six of them at my last show. Quality is great. Had one problem with a print that was not stretched properly and it was replaced immediately.

Took a little longer than expected seeing as, website said normally a four day turn around. However, the customer service was very quick and efficient.
