Excellent site and simple upload. You should emphasize up front that it's best to open an account before beginning...I lost several uploads until I figured this out. But after that, it's all great. The finished canvases are totally wonderful, both in quality and true to the colours of my uploaded originals. Highly recommended.
I was impressed with the quality of everything, despite traveling from ON to BC. The packaging was in good shape, and the large panorama I ordered had no damage at all. Overall great first experience.
The only confusing part was Canpar's tracking service. Told us it was "with courier" and being delivered by end of day on June 18th, so we were waiting around for it. Ended up changing the ETA to June 19th the next morning, when it was delivered. However, as mentioned, there was no damage or anything which is far more important to us!
I've ordered many prints & have never received any that weren't great! I've always received them within a week of ordering & the prices are very reasonable. Thanks for such great service & quality of work.
I am very impressed with the quality of product I received. I paid more than if I had bought from other companies but I am happy I did. I am proud that I bought Canadian and I will be purchasing more from this company in the future!
Print amazing! True cookouts and high quality printing. The delivery was later than the tracking email stated. I changed my schedule so that it wouldn't be left in the rain but it didn't come until over a day after the tracking ticket stated.
I know this is a delivery issue and was exceptionally happy with the product!
The two smaller prints look exactly as I expected, but the 60x40 one is definitely more washed out than I was expecting. I do understand larger prints will always expose deficiencies but the contrast of the print is definitely lighter than it looks on screen. (the matte coating I think is also contributing to the problem as well). Beyond that, it looks great and if I had to do it again the only thing I would change is to darken the contrast of the file before printing.
The quality of the canvas prints were pretty good. Was not impressed with the customer service and delivery time. This is actually the second order I have made with canvasndecor. BOTH times, the prints took substantially longer than the listed average processing time listed on the website (4 business days). I had to inquire both times. I was considerably disappointed by the customer service availability, or rather, lack of availability. I called the customer service several times through the course of both orders and only got through once. I always called during business hours, at different times and days throughout the week days. Overall, relatively disappointing experience.
I was thinking when I clicked gift message it would be presenting in a nice gift wrap with a card message but instead it was printed on a piece of paper and I wasn't impressed with that since I believe I paid $5.00. Otherwise the gift turned out great.
CanvasnDecor was a common site to come up on searches for canvas prints, and the site contained lots of information and products. As a first time buyer, I would rate the site 8 out of 10 for ease of use. It will be 10 out of 10 next time now that I have the hang of it. Prices were excellent for the 3 16x20 canvas prints I ordered. Turn around time was 14 days plus 6 days shipping, not the 3-4 days suggested on their website but that is still quicker than many other companies. The quality of the canvas prints was very good. This order was a trial order for prints for our dance hall. Now we will order the rest... from CanvasnDecor.
Product came extremely well packaged and exactly as ordered. We called with a question and were pleased to receive a prompt response. When we require a similar product we will be sure to use canvasndecor.ca.
Client had to pick up parcel from shipping service because they couldn't find the address. This reflects on the shipping service rather than canvas n decor. Client seems pleased with product received. Overall very happy with service from Canvas n Decor.
This is my 2nd order with Canvas n' Decor. 1st order was a photo print and it was easy to order; there was a delay in shipping due to an issue by one of their suppliers, but customer service was extremely prompt in replying to my inquiry. Very happy with quality of the photo print. Ordered canvas this time around - again, easy to upload/order. Took about a week for 3 canvas prints to arrive. Excellent canvas quality!
Just the way you people wrap the canvas for shipping has me sold on you're company. Me has delt with other company and it was terrible. Had to order the same canvas three times in order to get one that was not damaged in the shipment. Me can see quality when me see you're shipping methods.
The order arrived a day prior to expected delivery. The quality was great and overall experience in dealing with Canvas N Décor is excellent. The second time I have order from them and I will certainly order again and recommend them.
Good experience, except that my original ordered product wasn't available, and I needed to change my order a few days later (I was notified of this by email). Otherwise the process was exceptionally smooth, and even the change process was quite smooth.
The only thing I had a problem with is that the money was taken from my account BEFORE the order was confirmed.
I waited very excitedly for almost a week before getting an email telling me there was an issue downloading the image - I resent it, but it seemed weird to me they'd take the money out of my account 4-5 business days before downloading/checking the image received.
After that, however, there was no hitch, shipping was amazingly quick, and the product AMAZES me! I can't stop staring at it and it looks amazing despite my predisposition to canvas. It looks JUST like a photograph!
We got the canvas in a reasonable time. The colours are a bit faded and is lacking the vavoom of the original illustration... We are somewhat satisfied with the print and would check out a different service next time.

There was an issue with one of the pictures we uploaded, where it wasn't going to crop properly to fit in the canvas size we picked, and Customer Service was on it right away. They let us know about the issue and worked with us to find an appropriate size. Thank you!
The tools provided to upload the picture and place the order were simple and easy to use. From placing the order to delivery took a week and I was very satisfied with that.
I was extremely happy with the result. The picture is now hanging in my lounge and I proudly show this to my friends

The only thing bothering me is the first email says I will be updated when my order is shipped by receiving a new email telling me so. I got my order at home before I ever gotten an email telling me it was shipped. I even looked on the website and it said my order was still in production even the day that I received it. Also UPS rang the wrong bell (they rang to my old address, I moved but only in a different apartment in the same building-- I did update my new address on canvasndecor website but UPS still went to my old address. In the end I had to go retreive my order somewhere else but I know it's not you guys' fault.)
Regardless, this is not my first order and the product quality is amazing so I'd go through all of this again if I had to.
