Overall I am very pleased with the quality of acrylic prints. We've purchased more than a dozen over the past year.

However, I recently noticed that discoloration occurs where the mounting devices, whether provided by them or others by myself. I've contacted them about the issue, not looking for refunds or anything else, just wanting to let them know that there is a problem with adhesive leaking through to the photo itself.

After two email interactions, they offered me a 40% discount on future orders. They totally ignored the issue I raised. Needless to say, a 40% discount on acrylic photos that will become discolored in a year or so is not an answer to the problem.

They've been advised of the problem. They seem to simply want to ignore it.

I have to say that their canvas prints are great, and there's no threat of adhesive problems (so far, anyway).

For people wanting acrylic prints, beware...

I do not recommend it. Their products are very low quality, blurry prints, sharp edges, uneven borders. They will not take returns, will ask you to detroy the prints and even after destroying them, they will not refund your money.

Have given their service more than enough chances, and more times than not, receive and inferior product. Had metal pics that they just couldn't figure out how to ship with out the ends bending. Told them how to fix since I work for the P. O, so i know a little bit about packing and shipping, NEVER changed how they shipped, so the prints kept being bent. Waste of everyone's time and money. Had canvas prints made of pictures I've had printed 100's of times, only to have the whole batch look faded, off color, kind of a bluish hue. So, I let them know that operator error or the computer botched the saturation or something. Oh, no, couldn't be them. Has to be my faulty color even though the pictures I sent that you can see on the order had vibrant colors. Month later, still haven't seen any replacements that they said would take time now, because of, you know, MY faulty colors. Sent an email asking where they were and got a reply (finally) that I needed to start the whole process over again and take pics of the faulty product (which I had already done a month ago). So, NO ONE was working on it. They don't care. Save your money. Try Canvas People, Snapfish, Shutterfly... anyone else!

Metal photos
August 22, 2020

Bought 2 metal 16x20 one came with bubbles all over. After saying they were shipped Didn't bother sending them in a timely matter blamed Covid. They would not answer me about this looking for my photos. Hanging bracketes were Not sent with photos. Now a week later no replacement photos or brackets. Ordered the same products from another companyThe same time I ordered these. Received t theirs without any problems. Still waiting from this company. Will not be using this company after this service and quality of their work I'm sorry to say

Their web site (see photo) says "Ready to ship in 3-4 days"
Today (14 days later) the order status is "Order received". No production, no shipment.

Terrible

I placed an order for a face mask on the 27th of July. It arrived yesterday and the quality was awful. The mask is thin and the material is uncomfortable. One of the holes for the ears was cut uneven. Masks I've bought for $4 have been better quality. Don't bother wasting your money.

I ordered an anniversary present for my Fiance around a month ago. They charged my credit card and give me an estimated ship date around 2 weeks. Those 2 weeks have come and gone and add on another two weeks. Their customer service is only open for people who don't have a normal job. Finally I get a response to an email I sent them 3 days ago stating that my order got transferred incompletely and that they would issue me a refund or allow me to reorder it for free... so they were never going to tell me my order was incomplete and were going to just keep my money... NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY

Ordered 2 custom mask with uploaded photo of face. Was told 3-5 days for delivery and it took over 2 weeks. Mask was sewn crooked, pleats were so bad it distorted the photo, and the area I selected on the website to print was not followed. Will not order from them again.

I have been in the graphics industry for 25 years. This company has the worst customer service I've ever seen. Actually they have NO customer service. There is no way of getting in touch with them for help with issues. I tried calling, many times - no answer. I emailed, many times - no response. I attempted to chat, many times - never a live agent available. They guarantee satisfaction, but it is impossible to get in touch with them.

Received masks almost 10 full days later than latest "predicted" delivery.

They are custom masks of the bottom of my face. They look great, but...

The metal nose piece was off to the side on both masks, so they had to be manipulated carefully back into place.

Customer service offered me a future discount... but I'm never shopping with them again.

I am an artist. I ordered masks to be made from an image of one of my paintings. Two things were wrong. They did not come with the clips shown to be able to adjust them. When I ordered a second time( over $100 worth) they were much smaller than my first order. Quality control is not their strong suit.

While the end product, if you're fortunate enough to get it, is usually a quality product. To try and get a hold of this company is horrible. Limited calling hours, they don't answer even during those hours, to send an email you might get an answer in two or three days, or you might not get one at all. It's just a lousy experience when you have to go through something like that.

I have ordered prints from Canvas Discount multiple times. Each time the quality (and size) of the prints has decreased. The 40x60 canvas is actually 39x59 inches, which doesn't seem like a big deal until you hang it next to a proper 40x60 inch print and they are obviously mismatched. I have received prints where only 2 of the 3 color channels are present (missing a red channel is very obvious in skin tones). When I've contacted their customer service, I received a clearly copied and pasted response about how to request a refund, but they didn't actually address my complaints or apologize for their mistakes at all. I will not be ordering from them anymore. Their advertised prices are also false. Any time you go to their website it says they're on sale now for 89% off. They're ALWAYS 89% off, for everyone, all the time. That's not a sale, that's the everyday price. Claiming it's a sale price is a shady misleading tactic. I would rather pay a little more to get a quality print elsewhere.

I sent a print to get done on their canvas it took several weeks to do when it finally came it was so blurry I couldn't believe they actually mailed it to me that way. If they thought the resolution wasn't good all they had to do was send me an email and let me know so I could pick another picture but they chose not to. And even though they say they have returns that is a lie I can tell you right now they don't. Even when they offered to replace it they made sure it was so difficult that I wouldn't do it.The picture on the left is the original picture the picture on the right was the one they did you might need to turn it on the side so you can see it. It's totally disappointing I had a lot of prints that I wanted to make on canvas but they'll lose my business now if they would've just either refunded me and let me send back the picture or fix the picture or let me do another one that would've been fine but they didn't so unprofessional.

Ordered masks sent wrong order. Poor quality, returned them same day I received them, waited 3 weeks nothing happened. E mailed customer service they were not reading my messages correctly, several back and forth, finally because I did not get tracking number ( mailed back from my mailbox I'm out of 4 masks and $55.00. Nice going I got screwed with my order and money. BUYER BEWARE!

The worst ever!

I selected the new photo frame option and it's horrible! I am so disappointed with it. The photo has little dots all over and it's blurry and it looks fade... The worst part is that I order 3 more! I just hope that they will look better since they are canvas and not the new horrible photo frame. 0 stars!
