I regret to report a disappointing experience with this company. My order arrived in a severely damaged box, resulting in a broken and unusable canvas inside. Also the canvas size was about almost an inch smaller than the size I ordered. This was particularly disheartening as it was intended to be a Christmas gift for my parents.
I've documented the condition of both the box upon delivery and the damaged canvas with 6 photos, clearly showing the extent of the damage. Despite sending 5 emails to customer service, I have yet to receive a response, which has further added to my frustration.

Their interface for uploading is good and easy to use. The quality is never an issue as it has always been great. Great pricing too. I like the quick turnaround as well. I mostly go for the canvas prints. They are ready to hang and are very light in weight.

As an Artist who orders canvases regularly, I've tried all the major suppliers for quality, price, delivery, and customer service response. I've never had any of their other competitors even come close to that. Customer Service jumps on any problem, and is empowered to do what is needed to make things right. Super low quality company that doesn't stand behind their products! Prints were super grainy and they claim they can nothing about it even though they were professionally taken photos.
My canvas came out blurry and incorrectly cropped. I believe the cropping issue was because I was doing it on a mobile phone. But the site never should have let the order go through if it was going to come out blurry. Other sites have warning messages and since I didn't get a warning I expected it not to come out blurry. I used a 3.5mb photo taken by a professional camera. Canvasdiscount.com dismissed me while adding that "Inevitably some details, especially in dark areas, will be lost." They sent me a 40% coupon for my next order. Was there not a single human along the way that could see they were creating something awful? That's $100+ in the toilet and a large piece of trash added to the environment. I won't ever use them again.
There is No Way I can hang this framed work on my wall! Every corner has at least a 1/4 inch overhang of canvas from the back of frame protruding over the edge of the frame! I can't believe I spent money on pictures and got frames that my child could have done a better job doing. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!
This was my second order within a month. After a great result on my first order we decided to get stuff for all our grandkids. It was another great experience. Reasonable price, good quality, fast shipping, and excellent customer communication. I highly recommend. I would also recommend watching for sales as the sale prices do change often.
Sent me a half empty canvas photo orientation is wrong. Complained asking for a reprint in the correct orientation, recieved a fake offer for 40% off the next purchase no reprint in spite of the 30 day money back gurantee which is a lie and so is them offering to reprint it.

I ordered 11-photos to be made using An acrylic backing. 8 X 8. Price was fair. Service was good. I know of no one that gets a hanging photo and the company does not have the hanging hooks to hang on a wall.
Every other time I ordered from other company the photos come ready to hang.

1st order I did through them was good, fast with reasonable shipping. 2nd order, email listed a good price, I made canvases and those prices showed in cart. Unfortunately when I placed order I didn't pay enough attention and was charged nearly double the advertised price - over $11 for an 8×10. Of course they were unable to do anything about it.

Ordered 23,12x16 acrylic frames for our 23 Seniors on our football team for a local high school. The order was due to arrive 1/3/22 shipped UPS Air 2-day to arrive in time for our Football Banquet on 1/6/22. We have a local snow storm and the order is delayed... doesn't show up until 1/8/22 at after 9pm where UPS proceeds to leave a $700 ordered OUTSIDE THE GATE OF MY HOME (which was open) on the side of a major road where my husband randomly finds it 12 hours later in the snow! I open the order and 9 out of 23 acrylic prints are damaged... all lifting from the same corner. I call Canvas Discount, explain how UPS delivered our items and Canvas Discount should get their money back considering how UPS handled our items! Then tell them 9 photos are damaged and there is no mounting hardware in the box for these 23 prints. So I am sent a email to follow-up to with photos and a detail of what happened AFTER I already did this on the phone. Okay no problem... send it all Monday 1/10/22. Since then I have asked a supervisor/manager to contact me regarding all these issues... nothing! I called today and somehow no supervisor/manager is available to talk OR to call me back?! My order was over $700 and I can't get a supervisor to call me?! Outrageous! So I have filed a fraud charge against them to be refunded. This is NOT how to treat business or people!

Order was placed on 12/12 and production was finished 12/16. The website said guaranteed delivery by Christmas if you order by 12/18. Today is 12/30 and I still do not have the item and their customer service department will not even discuss this with me and let me know that it would be 12-15 business days after shipping on 12/16. It is being shipped from overseas so clearly they had no intention of ever delivering this before Christmas. I would have looked for another gift if they were honest on their shipping time but here is another business acting shady but me and my gift recipient are the ones that pay the price.

Not only was my blanket not made in the USA... I got the run around. Had to try and Track it using some European shipping company, when I was contacted by canvas discount today they said it was missing and I could get money back... this should have been offered weeks ago... hell yes I want my money back so I can use it to buy one at the other online site I usually use! I ordered on Nov 30th to make SURE it was there by the middle of Dec. After the first 14 days and many emails, they said they were "a few days delayed". I get it, less workers and the holidays—But don't promise it to be there by a certain day. Needless to say, it took exactly 25 days from ordering to delivery to get it completed, and that was only after getting the BBB involved. (Due to poor communication on their part.) If you need something for this summer, order it now!
