I ordered a canvas and mousepad the first week of October. NEVER received the package. Now they expect ME to track it down … I did receive an email from a representative in INDIA telling me to locate the package and pick it up! It was held up in Texas and Memphis for weeks! I live in Michigan! NEVER, NEVER, AGAIN! Buy locally! I STILL don't have the merchandise! I have to find it and pick it up!

UPDATE 4/8/22: I will give this company an "A" for making things right. The damaged (bent) metal print was redone and packaged so well it took me ten minutes and some elbow grease to get it open. (See the first three photos below) The print is perfect, though I still don't like the hanging attachments on the back. All that being said, for this product, in the future I will look elsewhere, even if it costs a little more.
ORIGINAL REVIEW:
I will not use this company again. I have ordered two different metal prints, and both arrived damaged because of extremely poor packaging.
They wrap the print in one layer of thin foam packing material, then "package" it with two pieces of thin fiberboard (cardboard, basically) that is slightly larger than the print. This "board" is a little over 1/16" thick. There is NO corner protection for the print. They use shrink wrap all around to hold together the two pieces of fiberboard.
The first print I ordered came with one corner bent (curled up). The second one came bent in the center because both pieces of fiberboard had broken in half.

Overall the product image quality was better than expected, but I was disappointed when my order was days late after Christmas when I paid for the express shipping and was suppose to have the items a few days before Christmas

I decided to try ordering from here again, because the first time I ordered it had to be redone because of a big scratch and damage from shipping.
Thought I would give them another try, and this new one came in today and after opening there was a scratch mid Centre, white marks around the edges and the back post was cut 1/4 in short and just wobbling around.
Unfortunately this was for a Christmas gift which I cannot give now and have put in a request for a refund or a reprint.
I am awaiting a response, and I am sure they will do one of the two no problem, but I am very hesitant to try ordering again.
The packaging was good, all this was done prepackaging which makes me wonder do they even review before they actually package it up and send it? If not I suggest that they step up their quality control before they ship things out.
I understand that their prices are good no question, but you cannot ship stuff like this - for any price.
If you decide to order from them make sure that you request on ordering that they have a close look at your product before they ship it to make sure nothing like this is sent to you.

Ordered 2 photo canvases. Both look terrific. Ordered a 25 piece puzzle and LOVE IT! The pieces are sturdy and fit well together. This was a perfect gift for a bright 4 year old!

Inconsistent quality of products. Some of the frames made with thin cardboard and painted to look like wood. I bought from them 5 times but I don't think I'll buy anything from them again.

I swear I clicked "black floating frame" but it came unframed. I love their work and have ordered 8 canvas prints since February. I just make sure the frame has been clicked! Lesson learned!

Quality and shipping time was great, I just wish I would've known beforehand that I had to have a signature to collect my package, as I work a 8-5 and it is hard for me to have someone there to sign for it.

FUNNY THING IS THAT I AM JUST GETTING READY TO SEND IN SOME PHOTOS WITH A CLAIM AS 88 OF THE 300 CANVASES I ORDERED I AM UNABLE TO USE.
VERY UNHAPPY WITH HOW THESE PRODUCTS ARE SHIPPED AS THE CANVASES CAME DAMAGED AND YOU SHOULD NOT OFFER THIS SIZE DUE TO THE WAY THEY ARE PACKAGED.

I can't believe it been over a month and I haven't received my product. The company wrote wrong my adress twice. First time they didn't wrote the number of my apt so FedEx had to returned it and the second time the wrote ir completely different a different apartment number and a difference adress so FedEx had to return. Now I'm waiting for my product and it haven't arrive I'm understress and angry. I'm having anxiety attacks I can't handle this. Ordered canvas prints as gifts on 12/3 with delivery shown "will arrive by Xmas". I didn't know it would be produced in INDIA. THAT IS NOT CLEAR ON THE WEBSITE Just shipped from INDIA on 12/19 and it's not even in the US on 12/23. Would never have ordered from them if I'd known that.

So I've been looking for a site to do metallic prints on and found CanvasChamp. I decided to do a test run and just order one out of the 20 I've been wanting to get as decoration. Came in today and overall its more detailed than what I expected, but it got pretty banged up on its way in. First of all, it shipped from India which is a pretty common sign to tell if a company is sketchy especially since it says they're stationed in the US. Took about a week longer than it was expected to get here, which to be fair isn't a big issue considering how covid is slowing things down in terms of shipping. Like I said the detail is better than I expected but to be fair I had my bar set pretty low so keep that in mind. It came in with a dent on the front, scratches on the back, slight chipping on part of an edge, 2 bent corners, and was also pretty warped on top of that. I think if you are only looking to get a couple of these then its honestly not too bad since the price is so low (as long as you're ok with it being a little banged up). Do not get these in a bulk order though. I also tried to get in contact with some sort of customer service to see how much my bulk order would run me and its very obviously either copy-pasted responses, or its run by bots. Overall what I got wasn't terrible but it wasn't super good either, and the site is super sketchy. Only order if you plan to only get a couple.

Answer: I'm not sure about that but I think it's a small company and it's shipping from overseas so with my order I was just super patient and when I finally got it I had actually forgotten I ordered it and it was like a little surprise in the mail!
Answer: You probably won't. They do not care about the customer once the sale has been made.
Answer: I had the same issue - paid an extra $40+ to get it shipped by a certain date / expedited... day of expected delivery came and I call to find out they have just started printing it - IN INDIA... no way it can possibly ship in time for the wedding it was purchased for!
Answer: I cropped my stuff to get it to look right and to not say, like, "low resolution" and they came out beautifully.
