The picture was perfect however the pillows picture was truncated. And the blanket picture looks horrible. The blanket picture has my grandaughters face cut off. I will have to get the blanket redone.
My last order was a Huntington Beach Pier size 30X40 and When I received the canvas print, There were some small chips at the corner. I took some pictured and sent to company and after 2 days I receive one email from this company with a code discount for next order or if I want I can make this canvas free. I make other order with discount code and after 6 days I receive a nice canvas print. Thank you for all this!

The canvases turned out great but they weren't delivered securely in a box, just plastic wrap. Also, the magnets I ordered were missing so I had to contact support. They did send new ones but they were meant for a holiday so I wasn't able to gift until after the holiday passed.

LATE AGAIN! Birthday gift has been sitting in Tennessee for 9 days and canvas champs wont get it moving, Justin keeps saying 24-48 hours, day after day. Same ol BS. I dont understand how something so simply is so hard for some people. Their site says "Lightning fast shipping" LOL WHAT A JOKE! If you want to gift someone use another company or order 2 months ahead of time. I wish I could give minus stars as 1 star will still count. STOP, do not order. I ordered customized clock from thete website showing sales in canada. System showed date of delivery Oct 6th. Today is Oct 21, I'm is showing sitting on some port in Mumbai India. J missed wedding date Oct 20th. Have to spend double the money to buy a gift for wedding. This guy name James is telling me that he has ask shipment people to expedite. Hw thinks his customers are stupid not enough to know that one shipment is flopped at fed ex door, there is no control to expedite. My grievance is timing. They could put their system to december so person ordering csn decided if to order or not. I am seeing reviews on broken product Bern received. Well dies not matter anymore as I have spend another 200 dollar to buy a wedding gift as I could not go empty hand. They are fraud. If u think product coming from Canada as u order here and pay here, you are mistaken.

Printed sign did not arrived on time, I have to go to local store spend over $100 to print another one. The product arriving 2 weeks late. I send them email but only auto reply, no customer support.

First order was NOT at all acceptable as the 2 identical prints I ordered were not centered or wrapped around the edges to not show the corner of the pic I sent. Also, the corners were smashed during delivery. While CanvasChamp agreed to resend the order, it came exactly as the first unacceptable order. First and LAST experience with this company for sure.

Just got a 24x36 picture printed. Great color and clarity. Didn't ask for proof and when I got the picture I noticed it was clipped off the top and bottom. Contacted customer service and immediately they told me how they would reprint and resend the corrected image. After approving the proof Canvas Champ printed my work and sent it to me. I am truly great full to them for their kindness and professionalism. I facebooked all my friends and told them what a great job Canvas Champ had done and highly recommended them.

I'm an Artist and a re-seller and I had a large Print made 30x40. I used a jpg file when I should of used a png file because the edges came out pixelated and was rejected by my client. Despite this CanvasChamp re-issued the print and resent it to the customer at no extra cost. The client gave me a glowing review so I must do the same because it is Canvas champ who deserves all the credit and saved me a client. I can't thank them enough. I would be crazy to go elsewhere because the quality is just like the service, second to none.

This is really not a fair review. The price was good, the quality of half my tile order was excellent. The speed which they filled and shipped the order was very efficient. The communication from when the order was placed to when it was shipped and the shipping company was not provided until I replied to the order confirmation email. The reply was quick. The reason for a 2 rather than a 4 is related to UPS the shipping company. Half the order arrive on the delivery date promised for both boxes. The second box still shows it is in their local distribution Center waiting on delivery. They have no clue when they are going to move it on and have no intention of looking for it until 14 days have past. Then they will declare it lost. I placed an order on nov 2 and it arrived on nov 17th. The quality of the photos was very poor an not what was advertised. However that was not the issue. The issue was that i received a photo of a complete stranger not what i ordered. I contacted customer service asking for a refund or replacement for my order. I even attached a photo of what was sent to me that clearly was not what i ordered. They responded within 48 hours saying they would ship a replacement. This was nov 19th. It is now dec 9th and the item still has not shipped. I have contacted customer service multiple times. They just stated that i would receive tracking info when it ships. I attempted to contact them several more times, they stopped responding to me. So i have been waiting now for over a month for what i ordered. They basically stole my money. I would not do any business with this company.

Horrible experience
Horrible experience! I ordered a 30x40 canvas print and it came at 33x43. I told them I want a print that is 30x40 like I ordered. They apologized and sent me another print at 33x43.
Once again, I was very patient and told them I need a 30x40 print. Someone from customer service apologized and said they were sending another print that I would get within 6 business days. A few days later, I get another email saying I had been refunded 20% of my order. I asked them if my print was still coming and they said no! They have issued me a 20% refund instead.
So here I am. I paid close to $50 for absolutely nothing!
This is the BEST! Don't waste time on any other site, because you'll end up back here. I got the most Beautiful pictures of my Daughter Wedding, oh my gosh I can't even say how good they look, they are clear color is unbelievable! You look at them and you could think you were there, the prices I thought for the price and 7 large canvas pictures would take a bank loan to get, but the pictures, shipped, and delivered
In less then 10 days and right before Christmas for less then $180 most others wanted that for a 10x12 alone. Don't shop anywhere else you got Great value, great quality and very fast delivery plus you'll waste time look at other sites when you'll end up back here so just stay here and look at all the other ways for pictures to be done.

Answer: I'm not sure about that but I think it's a small company and it's shipping from overseas so with my order I was just super patient and when I finally got it I had actually forgotten I ordered it and it was like a little surprise in the mail!
Answer: You probably won't. They do not care about the customer once the sale has been made.
Answer: I had the same issue - paid an extra $40+ to get it shipped by a certain date / expedited... day of expected delivery came and I call to find out they have just started printing it - IN INDIA... no way it can possibly ship in time for the wedding it was purchased for!
Answer: I cropped my stuff to get it to look right and to not say, like, "low resolution" and they came out beautifully.
