Works good. The equipment is light. Works fast. My job was finished in no time. I recommend this product.
I bought 2 sets of CV PLATTER FEB. 5,2023 at 250 Kingston road location. I opened the box as soon as I got home and much to my disappointment the first box I opened, the platter was broken. I didn't bother opening the other box due to my disappointment. I tried to return the items the following day and I was told by the manager that since I opened the box they will just issue a gift card for that. I argue due to the fact that why won't they return the money on same mode of payment I gave them?. Manager said that it's the policy with no remorse at all and gave me customer relations number. Left the store very disappointed regarding that kind of policy.! For those customers planning to buy something at Canadian tire, I advise that you open the box and check out the items your buying coz you'll never get back same mode of payment when you return your items.I called customer relation, what a waste of my precious time coz they're not much of a help. I told them that maybe the higher management should review and revisit their policy of return and I assured her that I will never set foot again in any Canadian tire store and won't recommend to any of my relatives and family.with this horrible experience, I will give CANADIAN TIRE STORE ZERO for reviews.
They don't allowed customers coming with any backpack, STUPID - first time I hear that.
Never ever shop over there, c'mon guys grow up.
Customer experience zeroooooo
CT had lifetime warranty on eliminator auto batteries. Ct is refusing to honour there
Lifetime warrantys, customers paid extra for it. CT use bait and switch practices. Refusing to honour lifetime warranties, manager telling customer you have to pay another $100 +more for battery an will not give you lifetime warranty. Or switching you to there motomaster lesser rated batterys, Because your eliminator battery is discontinued.
Deceptive practices changing paperwork, with errors, so you won't get lifetime battery next time.
Then Telling customer 'it doesn't matter.'
The CT stores are hiding there eliminator battery s in the back an getting customers
To buy there cheap motomaster battery that lasts under 2 years. Does not work in -30 in winter. To get you to buy
Charger, tow charges, etc when batts stops. Telling customer to go back to another ct store for lifetime warranty, where there store does not have to give you free lifetime battery. Manager Will not allow customer to use customer service phone
You have to use a pay phone outside. 2021 Bell Has taken pay phones out, as they don't want you calling CT complaints line. It's
CT big SCAM to never give you a free eliminator battery.
Our Canadian Tire has recently added a small Party City section to its store. I ordered balloons for my husband's 65th birthday and paid a much higher rate than other local suppliers but it was convenient or so I thought. It was a confusing process to place the order but eventually got done and I was asked when I wanted them. I requested pick up after 5 on June 30th since it was a surprise for my husband's July 1st birthday. I received an email on the 28th that they were ready. I called to ask why and was told that I didn't get an email(?) and basically told I was wrong even though I was looking at the email but I was also assured the balloons weren't ready. Then at supper on the 29th the store called my home, my husband answered and he was told our balloons were ready. Needless to say, I again questioned why they were ready early and was rudely told because they are. It was obvious that the person on the phone didn't want to bother with me. So I went the next morning to pick up the order. No one was at the Party City counter and although the staff at customer service saw me standing there for 10 minutes, I had to walk over there to ask if anyone was available for a balloon pick up. I can't believe how inept some of the staff are there. We used to have an amazing store but it's quickly gone down hill at a rapid rate
On 11th on offer day of 30 Dolloars Purchase gift over an amonunt. I purchased over that amount,But did not recieved that offer. Even after the purchase they did not gave me triangle points.Canadian tire did not had the product but it was avaliable online. So,recived a call from them that they will send me a different product. On which i agreed.Due to some size problems when i went to exchange at the store they asked me about a slip.On which, they did not update the changed itme. So i could not exchange that item in with my local store, Local Store supervisor (Snt Albert) says me i have to visit the same store in Edmonton for exchange. This store needs some serious attention on many points.1. They need to update their inventaroy online. 2.If they are replacing the product they should definately update with the recipt also.Very Bad and Strange such a name and missing points like these.
Awful website! Inflated prices, slow shipping, almost as bad as their retail stores. I'm surprised this business still exists in 2020.
I have purchase 2 fruit tree after 1 year both died never buy any trees from Canadian tire aka china tire
Web site search functionality is is beyond useless.
In store and online - already poor selection getting poorer by the day.
I asked for Michelin snow tires ended up that they pulled a fast one and charged me for Continental.
I have been receiving regular updates of the fall Canadian Tire online (digital) catalogue. The catalogue brags about their best of year 3 week tire sale.
I've been looking for all weather tires for my SUV. There must have been 15 or so all weather tires that suppisedly fit my vehicle. The trouble is that when you call about specific tires they don't have them in stock. And it appears they have no desire to get any if these listed units into their stores.
My distinct impression is thst they use the more affordable tires as a come-on to promote contact between the client and the sales desk. The sales rep then tries to up-sell the client. In ny opinion it is not a forthright way to do business.
It would seem to me that if Canadian Tire is advertising particular items, then they should be obligated to stock some reasonable number of those items for sale. Then, generally interested clients wouldn't have to waste their time spinning their tires trying to buy tires that are never going to be there.
No one buys a bicycle at Canediantaire because they are going to have a lot of trouble getting the bike fixed, they give you a trip but excuse me I bought a bike three weeks ago and the first day I bought it I took it to the second day because I had a problem the tire is discouraged and Yatra sounds like something to her that every time you give her a clan sounds and I went I took her and they had her for two weeks and they still haven't done anything to her that with a count one thing the best way is not to buy anything there If you are going to buy a bicycle in Canadian, buy it at Costco or buy it at AMAZON OR go to WALMART those stores have no problem returning your money back, but in CANADIAN TIRE I do not recommend anyone to buy it and in the only way that you It could be fixed yesterday by submitting it to court to get your money back or change your bike and pay and get them to pay you compensation for the time they have there making you spend more time paying for things that you use the bike and don't I had to be paying
I will submit canadian tire in court for negligent compensation for defective bike Sold to me
Many of these employees are ignorant and lazy. Disappear when I ask for something. Then go help someone else and leave customer hangin
I would not recommend to anyone to use their online orders. If you have a problem, they are the most unprfessionnal.
Outdoor furnitures were on sale so I bought a loveseat and a armchair+bench for $900 in total. I need them delivered to my home, they charge $200 for this. Ok fine, since I am 6 months pregnant so I couldn't carry anything so I'll pay for this.
Second day, got email notice it's shipped, however it's 3 separate shippments, the armchair and bench was left at nearest Canada Post for me to pickup? Called customer service to complain, made it very clear that I cannot pickup heavy object. They did nothing but refunded me only $50 dollars for delivery fee. Yet, I am still waiting for the loveseat to arrive by 3rd party delivery company.
On the day of delivery, waited for 5 hours (passed the delivery window). Called the company and found out order was cancelled by Canadiantire at 5:15am? There was no email, no notice and no refund.
Called Canadian tire, they simplest ask me to make another online purchase while they sort things out?!
Omg, don't even know how they can survive with this kind of service?
One star is WAY too generous for CT. Never fails! Anytime I think I am getting a deal. I pay in other ways.
I buy a chain block at China tire, I am sick about the poor quality of this Chinese distribution center
The return policy such, so I said the administration go back to china and tell them...
I waited half an hour for customer service to open a cabinet to get the item I was looking for.
What happened to taking care of the customers?
You can check online then better to go store you find out more than you aspects... I found best deal today..
It was supposed to be take 1 hour and a half but it was at least double waiting time. We had to go back for sensor and they fix it right away! Thanks
Answer: Yes, all of them, no one has such a strict return policy.
