Was posting two parcels for me. Mixed
Up the labels despite them being completely different weights and them being the ones that weighed them! Took ages to tell me parcels had arrived then lied about when they got there. UPS charged me $61 for underpaid postage due to their error. Admitted error then refused to pay me the money I had been charged. Managed at least to get my service fees back via PayPal but still out of pocket and will never use again. Shocking customer service. Had a lucky good first experience but this was so bad and made me cross.
Oh dear. This started so well but they just don't understand how important it is to do the right thing. 🙁 Two parcels arrived for me. They took some days to tell me about them after I knew they had been delivered. They sent details of both on the same email but the parcels were different sizes and weights. I sent over two UPS labels (emailed via UPS to avoid any collection issues etc). They couldn't find one, then did. Then I waited. One parcel arrived but with the wrong label on it. This meant the second one would be underpaid as it also had the wrong label on it. Ellis apologised for the error but did nothing about it. The second parcel arrived two days later and UPS charged me an extra $61 in postage. I explained what had happened and Ellis offer me half of this cost as a ln account credit?! I requested a refund as that was the right thing to do given this was not my mistake. He refused. I managed to get my service fees refunded via PayPal but remain $CA 41 out of pocket and will never use them again. You learn a lot about a company by how they handle mistakes. Make sure you double check everything and don't expect a refund if they make a mistake. Such a silly approach to customer service that I hope they learn from.
My first experience has been extremely positive. Super speedy contact, clear explanation and full control at my end. The parcel reached me before I had time to think about it! I've used another provider for a while and the delivery is slow, expensive and inflexible. Will definitely use this service again!
My initial questions were answered over the phone and subsequent communication using email was quick and concise. I got notified when my mail was received by YCA and was given the option of having it scanned and emailed or forwarded to my address on file or a different address. The cost to forward it was very reasonable. They are quite flexible and I would certainly use YCA again.
I have used Canadian Address several times so far, and they always provide me the quite satisfied service every time. As they reply to me via email promptly and act sincerely, their forwarding service is very reliable.
This time, they were kindly enough to pick up the item at the physical store which I bought online in Canada and forwarded it to me immediately to Japan where I live. I really would like to use Canadian Address again if I have a chance to buy something in Canada. I strongly recommend Canadian Address!
I'm a contractor in SC. I ordered a Kohler digital shower system for a build but NOBODY had one key part... a simple wiring harness. Kohler said 90 days back order, and everywhere else I checked showed "Unavailable, Special Order, or Out of Stock" I was on the fourth page of a Google search when I got a hit from a seller on Amazon Canada. It showed "1 in stock." But Amazon wouldn't process the order because that seller didn't ship to the US. Then I found this web site, registered for $20, instantly got a Canadian address, went back to Amazon Canada and bought my wiring harness. My order was shipped that day from Amazon and the next day I got a notification from this web site. They sent me a link to choose my shipping option and I responded to the email. They sent me an invoice which I immediately paid and before the end of that same day I had a tracking number from Canada Post. The registration ($20), shipping charge, and their fee ($10) was about $51 and some change and kept me from delaying a $70K bathroom project. FIVE STARS!
Very efficient and professional services provided. Packages are delivered in a timely manner through the most cost-effective and secure route.
The website is very simple, and it makes you wonder if it is even legit. But I have been using this service for a year to forward mail and packages overseas, and they are extremely responsive. After the mail/package arrival notification, you just need to let them know if you want it forwarded and/or scanned, or whatever you want, and their reply comes in a matter of minutes. You make your payment with Paypal and voila. I'd say it is the best cost/value service out there for Canadians in need of mail forwarding services.
I'm a costumer since 2017 and never had any trouble. Simple and easy. Very polite email support. Perfect
I wasn't sure if the company was legit but took a chance as I couldn't find any other way (that was reasonably priced) to have my package sent from Canada. So happy I did. Brilliant service. They even re-packaged my purchase to fit a smaller package size which resulted in significant savings on postage costs. They were very efficient and had my package dispatched within 2 days (including time for correspondence regarding re-packaging). I opted to use Canada Post despite lots of poor reviews and I received my package here in Ireland in less than 2 weeks. Cant complain about that service either.
I'm definitely happy to recommend YCA.
They never reply back to your emails, when your shipments arrives at their site they don't email you to let you know, they just rip people off. Crap service.
Really appreciated for this service. Very kind and thankful service.
All the packages were delivered to me without any problems.
After learning that the packages are on their way back, I asked them to re-send the packages after getting them back again.
Their reply:
---
Taylor,
I will refund your initial fee and will cancel your membership.
Thanks
Zach

Like this is going to make anything better?
I paid about $100 for postage and they want to remedy this disaster by refunding me $20 registration fee?
They lost track of my package and when they finally figured it out and told me where it was, it had already been sent back.
Let's see if their service and with it my reviews improve if they manage to re-send it and this time don't lose it again.
I won't get into how many review may or not be fake.
There is no 100% secure review platform that can guarantee 100% genuine reviews.
However this is my experience of a still ongoing incident.
1st they loose my registration, but that got resolved quickly after sending them my PayPal transaction code.
I don't like to imagine what had happened if PayPal had already archived my transactions.
Next it takes like forever to negotiate a proper shipping options since they sometimes take days to reply to a single simple mail.
After choosing Canada Post (which was a big mistake, but that's an entirely different issue) and Canada Post taking over a month! To have 2 packages shipped to Europe, somewhere along the location of the packages get lost.
Not YCA's fault.
But contacting them asking them to inquire turned out to be a nightmare since they tell me I'm the one who should inqure and that's where I totally disagree.
Canada Post sucks, there's no doubt about that.
But YCA is, the way I see it, is responsible for tracking my packages down and they fail to do that.
Instead they tell me to contact German postal service.
Ok, did that, but they tell me: ask the sender. Which is pretty much the same thing Canada Post tells me.
My experience with YCA, even though I admit they're not entirely at fault tor this ongoing delivery nightmare if: Never again!
Was skeptical honestly but tried it out and it's legit. You basically pay a one time fee, they give you an address. You then get a package delivered to that address, once it arrives they instantly give you a notification that a package arrived and they give you a few options and ship it out to you within the next day or two. Thumbs up, I recommend them.
They forward mail and packages to me in China on a regular basis. They do everything responsibly and efficiently. Highly recommended
This seems to be a simple, but effective business. You register, pay one-time fee and when there's a package for you, you get an e-mail. Then you choose a shipping company and you're ready to receive the package. I used it to buy a microwave oven from Canadian Ebay. All communication is via e-mail and they don't like links in the messages, otherwise there can be delays.
It's easy to register. The services received are timely, reliable and cost-effective - I certainly recommend.
First of all, it was my first time to use a service like this. I live in the Netherlands, it was hard to believe that i would have get my package. The personal is very kind and helpfull. Before they sent the package i've asked for a picture of my products inside the package. They were kind to sent a picture. In my opinion i would use this Canadian service again. Also they are cheap so there were no extra or surprising costs.
This is a legitimate re-shipping service with top-notch customer service.
They offer secure shipping via DHL, FeEx, and UPS, as well as Canada Post.
They have Excellent communication and are attentive to all needs. They are my go to remailer while overseas. Highly recommended
I utilized their parcel services and had a tremendous experience with them, even when the company I ordered from thought my package my have gotten lost, they were very communicative and helped me rest assured that I was a valued customer and that they cared. I would absolutely use them again in the future and recommend them to anyone who is curious to try them out.
I wasn't sure what to expect when I first found this company. Options for getting packages from Canadian only addresses are nonexistent. I took the chance and I'm glad I did.
I needed a dye for a wood project I'm doing and they discontinued the color I wanted. I managed to find 1 online and it was in Canada and shipped only to Canadian addresses. Here's how it goes.
1. Sign up for YCA (Your Canadian Address) for $20 US. It's a 1 time fee.
2. Order the product you want and have it sent to the address provided.
3. When it arrives you will get an email stating what to do next and your shipping options.
4. Respond by telling them which shipping option you desire.
5. You will get a PayPal Invoice for the package fee of $10 + the shipping costs for the method you selected.
6. I got the one that can be tracked. You will get a tracking number which u can track
7. Delivered
So for example my breakdown and total is as follows: $20 YCA Fee + $25 Stain & Shipping + $10 Package Fee + $23 Shipping. TOTAL $78 for stain which I would have never got or would've had to drive to get.
I have posted 4 different pictures to help out others. Just because some of us only have 1 review shouldn't be held against us. But for those of you who need more reassurance I posted some pictures showing my order for the stain. Shipping to the YCA address. What to do next. Finally my delivery email.
That's it and I hope this helps!
Answer: I have a review I just posted with pictures and the steps showing my order, tracking, delivery etc. It should be posted in the next 3 days so keep and eye out for it.
