Ordered 12 doses of Revolution and received 12 doses of the less expensive Stronghold without being asked in advance. Their website doesn't even offer Stronghold as an option to purchase so why is it being substituted for Revolution? When I called, I was offered a $10 credit but the difference between the 2 products is over $30. I have no idea if this is CanadaPetCare's standard practice but I would say buyer beware or if you're okay with Stronghold, you might want to go to another website and save on costs.
I have contacted them several times over the past two months that I have been waiting for my order. I no longer believe that it will arrive and I now believe that this is either a total scam website or they are the world's most incompetent company. I would like for them to refund my purchase if they have no intention of delivering the products I paid for. Incredibly disappointed and will never place another order here.
I placed an order in July for 4 flea collars for my cats since the previous product I'd bought from elsewhere was having little effect, and these collars were close to $70 before tax and shipping from most recognizable places online. CanadaPetCare was selling them for about half the price of places like petsmart and petco, with more discounts on top of that, and I was desperate because the infestations were out of control. Shipping took about 11 calendar days after I placed my order on a Saturday, and all the collars looked legit when I inspected them (they had the batch codes imprinted, which seems to be a sign of legitimacy), and about a month later, the collars have knocked out at least 90% of the flea problem. I'm only buying another one now because one of my cats managed to lose his outside and I don't want to risk re-infestation with the temperatures still about 100 degrees a day. It is weird that they have Canada in their name, the product was an Australian version, and it shipped out of Singapore...but it was a great price and shipping time was acceptable, and I'll return to them when it's time to buy new collars next spring.

I first ordered back in May of 2023 to get my cats frontline plus, the price sold me. I have multiple cats and couldn't afford the 12pk price in my country ($75 for 6 doses!) It was delivered a little over a week later; I put it on my cats and I could tell a huge difference! I put my second order in last week and it will be here tomorrow (I live in texas) so I'm overall really happy about the price, effectiveness of medicine and the quick shipping! Will be shopping for now on for all medicine needs.

So I was little nervous at first but decided to go through with the order. The price was cheaper than any other place I researched and I was provided a 15% on the first order. A call was required before things shipped to ensure I was aware of all the tiny details but when the box arrived, it was exactly what I ordered and I'm a happy. Repeat customer for sure!
It's been a month and although they have a tracking number - it says they are waiting for the product. They won't refund or really do anything at all until 25 business days. So meds needed for the dog won't be needed by time they figure it all out

I charged my credit card nearly $200 on 5/11/2023 for Simparica Trio for 12 doses that would have cost me $360 from my local vet. I was pleasantly surprised that I received my dog's meds in just 11 days from the UK. They look authentic with the same packaging I normally get so I'm feeling like I made a smart decision by purchasing from this company.
I called custmer service to findout why my order was late in arriving.the call was answered by some one who had trouble speaking english. After not getting resolution i was transfered to a supervisor. Same problem only more so. After losing patience i asked for the corperate office. He refused to give me a phone number to the corperate office. He then transferred me to his supervisor where i got the same dog and poney show. Canada Pet Care's customer service is not for real customer care. Only a front for the company. No senior supervisor present and no corperate phone numbers to speak with some one using correct english. In addition. Company is not in Canada. Why am i not surprised
I've been happy with CPC for 3 prior orders. This last order, not so much. They accidentally switched my order with another customer so we'd receive each other's orders. I wasn't notified until after waiting almost 4 weeks. Instead of apologizing for the mixup, offering a discount on a next purchase, they instructed me to ship the package to the other customer and anticipate reimbursement from CPC. What company does this? I have repeatedly asked for a refund and have given them five business days. Oh, and they still have yet to apologize for the mixup. Not so sure about that 100% satisfaction guarantee.
My order was order 21 business days. I called and asked if they knew where the package was. The rep said it was passed the 21 business days and said they would refund the purchase. Then days after the package arrived and they said if I wanted to keep it, they could offer a deep discount. First it's not clear on the website about having to pay after the guarantee time for delivery. Second, they call 20% a deep discount. I will never use this site again, misleading.

I've placed 2 orders with them now, I received topical dewormer and 3 Seresto collars for my cats at less than half the cost of what I would have paid in the US. Products were genuine, shipping was as fast as it could be, coming from the UK. Items were delivered within 2 weeks of ordering. Will definitely purchase from them again. Excellent customer service as well. Be realistic with your expectations of shipping times and the items going through customs, the prices are well worth a little bit of a wait.
