Ordered meds a month ago and still have not received. Asked for a refund and am waiting for it. Terrible service. I so not recommend. I see other people say the medications are actually shipped for Singapore and not CANADA.

I ordered 2 boxes of Profender for cats received 8/13/24. They sent boxes dated Jan and Feb 2023 respectively. Product will expire in 5 and 6 mos. I will not be able to use all of this product before it expires and spent $65.33 I've asked for half to be refunded and if they do not do that, I will dispute with my card company.

I have been using this product for many years. I've never had a problem with it. My dogs have never been allergic to it and it works great. I'd recommend it to anyone.

Well still waiting on my order. 8 days later and just hit customs from SINGAPOR. Nothing about CANADA. IN that time, my dog passed away. Lucky I still have a dog left to take the flee meds but this is ridiculous. Don't lie to people on where it comes from so we know give it a month to arrive. Not it will be here in 7-10 days.

Just joined and then talked to chat about placing an order for my 3 dogs. I was told they don't ship to Canada. Huh...I thought the site was called CanadaPetCare? Why not state that at the beginning of your site and stop wasting people's time?

I previously reviewed my initial order at a 2 rating because I did not recieve the emails. They arrived about 5 minutes later, so my rating is now 4 for the process. I am very pleased with the product.

I purchased a years' worth of revolution for my dog and they sent 6 months instead. I emailed them four times and they ignored every email for a month. I ended up having to file a dispute with my bank. I guess it seems like a good deal until you get half of your order. Then you're paying double. I would have been very understanding if they would have replied and explained it was an error on their part and that they'd send the other half, but they simply ignored me. Will never order from them again.

It was easier to order online and the price was great.

Been fighting with them for a week. Supposed to have shipped 10 days ago, but here we are, still waiting on it to ship. Poor customer service, lots of excuses. Avoid this company. They'll take your money for sure, but won't send your stuff. Legal action to follow.

The fact that they don't ask for a prescription should've been my first clue that they're a bad company. If you're buying flea/tick/heartworm medicines from them stop now. They send sketchy packages. It's too easy to make fake packaging for flea/tick/heartworm medicines, so these medicines probably aren't even real. If you start an "auto reorder" with them they won't accept cancellations. I cancelled months ago and they're currently trying to bill me again despite receiving a response saying they would cancel the order. Don't trust them, don't give them your information.

After ordering from this store, my dog is the happiest he's ever been. I am satisfied and recommend it

Not in Canada. Package was received from Singapore, and went straight into the trash. Not risking giving my dog counterfeit products. Very disappointed in this company blatantly deceiving the public on their location.

Ordered 12 doses of Revolution and received 12 doses of the less expensive Stronghold without being asked in advance. Their website doesn't even offer Stronghold as an option to purchase so why is it being substituted for Revolution? When I called, I was offered a $10 credit but the difference between the 2 products is over $30. I have no idea if this is CanadaPetCare's standard practice but I would say buyer beware or if you're okay with Stronghold, you might want to go to another website and save on costs.

I have contacted them several times over the past two months that I have been waiting for my order. I no longer believe that it will arrive and I now believe that this is either a total scam website or they are the world's most incompetent company. I would like for them to refund my purchase if they have no intention of delivering the products I paid for. Incredibly disappointed and will never place another order here.
