Great prices and customer service! These prices are so much cheaper than the local vet we use and get shots from.
When trying to place my order with PayPal the transaction was declined for insufficient funds when there was exactly the right amount in my account. I tried to use an alternative card which was my bank debit in my checking account which had plenty of money in it and the transaction was declined for insufficient funds and then I received a fraud notification that had me verify that I was actually trying to make the transaction. I had to wait until my bank cleared the transaction before I could submit it today rather than yesterday when it was declined.
Great with my prior order, followed up to make sure my address was correct and also confirmed the size and quantity which helped alleviate issues I accidentally ordered the wrong size for my dogs.
